Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Literally the worst place ever. For YEARS everytime you go, the staff is rude and should NOT be in customer service. The food is NEVER right when you order they are always out of key ingredients for most menu items, the CHILDREN that grt hired there take aboit 1 car per 11 mins in the drive thru and when you pull up to the window you hear loud gross music with people texting and eating everywhere being loud and just walking around having fun with eachorher. The inside is always closed even tho there is plenty of staff. They're just lazy. Being closed throughout covid is one thing, but everything in the world is now open. Taco bell isn't that special. I wouldn't recommend this nasty restaurant to my worst enemies. They need to do better man. Any other taco bell atleast they pretend to be busy or smile at a customer every once in awhile. Whoever hires the people that work here must be drunk. I NEVER leave reviews but this place is horrible...

Worst experience at a FAST FOOD restaurant in a long, long time and I will not be returning. Unfortunately the Taco Bell closer to my house was closed due an AC problem so I figured why not drive a little further to this one since it was on my way back home. Well, we pull in the drive thru at 8:55 and it hits 9:07 and we still have not moved an inch, so we backed up and went inside. There was about 6 people waiting for their food!!! The girl at the register didn't even ask for our order, she just stared at us so we assumed she was ready for our order. We ordered at 9:09 (timestamp on receipt) and did not get our food until 9:31... Completely unacceptable. And they also accused another couple of lying about their order being wrong and made them bring their food up to the counter to prove it was wrong!!! Completely unprofessional and I will be sure to pass the message along that this location is...

Between 8:30pm to 9:00 PM closer to 9 o’clock I come in the door. There was a woman in the drive-through stuffing her face with Taco Bell’s food instead of helping Customer I was standing there waiting for my DoorDash. I mentioned my food and asked her why is she stuffing her face with food and she is standing there and not working, it is caught on Camera. She got mad grab the food off the shelf was not my customers food, but it was a drive-through food. She grabbed the food aggressively headed to the person in the drive-through and then when they gave me my food, they gave my order incorrect because I complained about The time was spent eating Taco Bell’s food, which is probably stolen instead of helping me so they got my Customer order incorrect, and I reported it to DoorDash And everything was document I just ask the customer they complained that the order...
