Ordered the 2 hot and ready cheese pizzas that were sitting in the case. Ordered a $5 pepperoni-- was rung up for the extra most best for an extra dollar and also ordered crazy bread.
None of the staff were in matching uniforms of any kind, all looked and acted like high school students.
Sat and waited for almost 15 minutes with no word from the cashier or anyone else. All the pizzas had been done and sitting for 10 minutes. Crazy bread hadn't been started because front guy didn't put it in.
Opened boxes to check pizza and the $6 extra most best pepperoni had only 10 pepperonis. Asked if that was the right pizza, was told yes but would we like another one? The guy put the one we opened and looked at back in the warmer. Gave us another one with a few more Pepperoni's but definitely not like the picture.
Still no crazy bread. Told we could wait another 5-10 minutes for THEIR MISTAKE. NO APOLOGIES.
When I asked for a refund, the cashier stopped with, "I'm not in a position to do that." UNTIL I asked to talk to a manager. A similarly unprofessional person came out and got it refunded.
Asked, "What would you like to pay for?"
Honest answer was NOTHING. But I paid my share and we left with sub par pies sold by a very unprofessional store.
I'm a millennial with a great deal of experience in food/high volume customer service. I understand off-days and transactions. What I don't get though is how entirely unprofessional this store runs. How does it operate?
I'm no "Karen" but I did need to speak to a manager and would like for the next one to be more conscientious...
Read moreBeware! This Little Ceasars claims that their prices are different than the online prices so they can up charge you. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING!
I'm sure we can all agree Little Ceasars is a cheap option for dinner. My point is not the value of how much this location tries to cheat you on price but the point you are up charging customers and not following the prices posted on your menu.
I was charged $12.83 in store and when I ordered the exact same thing online it was $1.80 cheaper. When I confronted the manager about it he first says "well it's not that much. It's still cheap". Then goes on to say that his stores prices are different then the online prices, that online gives you a discount lol. When I compared the prices online to his menu, they were identical!
To raise your prices without telling customers is probably against corporate policy and I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office. It doesn't matter if the price is "still cheap". It doesn't matter if you lie about your prices being higher than online.
Oh and to top it off, every time I have went to this location, their pizzas and crazy bread are hard and stale. I asked for a fresh crazy bread on this order and they reheated the same stale old bread that was sitting under...
