Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Final Update The last two visits confirm we are done here. Since opening it is one disaster after another. Recently there were no toppings on a pizza, and missing toppings in the pizza bowl (same visit). Yesterday the pizza bowl had no sauce. At this point it's intentional.**

Update 05/17/2024* Ordered online today. Went to store at time of pickup. Wax greeted with "We have no food ready, I'm the only one here. You have to come back". Now I'm back home. Still on hold but can hear all the chaos in the background. A woman's voice is dropping "F-bombs". Not sure if I can come back yet. Should cancel order but no way to do it online. All I hear is yelling in background. Been on hold for 13 minutes. This has not gotten better since reopening* 1. This is still the best pizza in the 70/Old Hickory area. 2. Since the reopen the service has been slow, slow, slow. I figured after a few weeks you guys would have it together but there's only three people working. Was told 20 mins this time. Drove here for pick up. It's now 34 mins. How do you not put 2 items in at the same time? I'll wait 34 minutes, but you've got to...

I was so disappointed in them last night. I called in my order and went to pick it up after 25 min. First I was like told it is in the oven. Then I was told they put mushrooms on my pizza,and that is why they had to remake it. Then I was asked my name again, and he started entering my info. They hadn't even started making it at all!! I will not be ordering anything else from them.. I had such high hopes for them. The Marcos in Atlanta,is awesome!! Very disappointed Bellevue Marcos!!

Well once again I tried Marco 🍕 Pizza. I placed my order online. The email said it will be ready in 10 minutes. I thought that was perfect. I get there in 10 minutes. I am ready for my Pizza. The young man at the register said it's coming out now.. it never did. The guy boxing the Pizzas didn't seem to know what he was Doing. The Manager never stopped to make sure the line of customers were getting their Pizzas. I waited another 30 minutes thinking it would come. It never did. And yes I inquired about the pizza. Nothing,I was so disappointed.. I am crossing this Marco Pizza 🍕 off my list. Maybe another location...

The first time I came here they got my pizza order very wrong but I let it go because I was so hungry. Today I went to pickup my order and I stood at the register, unacknowledged by the workers, for almost 4 minutes. The phone rang then one of the workers came up to answer & take an order. Still haven’t been acknowledged by anyone. After 6 more minutes of feeling invisible, the worker who took the phone call asks if I have a pickup order once he has hung up the phone. On top of that madness, I see that the 2 workers making pizza are NOT wearing gloves. Dishing out toppings on the pizzas while occasionally rubbing debris off of their hands onto their jeans. As I grab some napkins on my way out, the tables have crumbs all over them. I try to be patient & understanding as I know the service industry can be rough but this was ridiculous. PS I got a small pizza with one of the toppings...
