I placed a order on the app and get to the window and pay my 32 cents for my burger cause I had free rewards, I gave the young (probably 19yr old) white guy with brown hair and a mustache (heās normally the one handing food but today he was on the window), anyways I gave him 35 cents for my 32 cent order and he asks me ādo you want the 3 centsāā¦.. are you kidding meā¦. Youāre really gonna ask me if I want the money Iām DUE back⦠I donāt care if it was 3 cents or 1 cent, the point is you never ever ask someone if they want their money back period, the heck I look like giving a million dollar company free moneyā¦. And I worked retail for over 5 Years and every time I give them back their exact change or I round up if itās close enough. Youād be surprise how many businesses in Nashville will ask if you want your change back/ short you on your change. I always said Iāll never be back at this location but yet I keep coming back, today Iām putting my foot down Iām tired of the greediness, yāall wonāt ever have someone fix yāallās frappe machine itās been down for MONTHS, yāallās turnover rate is astronomically high I see new people every single week. Come on store manager, I know your name cause I worked there years ago but Iām gonna be nice and not call you out publically. Stop being greedy and do better. Teach your employees to give back the change. Heck the newer black girl who yāall have on windows at night completely pocketed my 52 cents last week, I said can I have my change and she started digging through her pockets and said oh you want it (in a surprised way cause I caught her stealing) so I said āno Iām good itās okayā (cause I was flabbergasted cause she prob making minimum wage and I felt bad), but I digress, you literally have employees stealing customers change....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst McDonald's experience of my life! I order the same sandwich (extra meat & sauce) a few times a week at different McDonalds and it inevitably gets messed up now and then, its even funny sometimes because I warn the cashier about it. When it does I'm always told to just toss the other sandwich and that it will be remade correctly, BUT NOT THIS TIME! The old guy behind the counter, after I showed him that my sandwich was wrong, asked be to hand him my "wrong-made" sandwich and I asked him why and that I was going to throw it away. He said hand it to him, I obviously hesitated and asked him "to throw it away"? he said he would. He return to the counter to help another customer and said to me "he's remaking it" to which I asked "are you sure?" This guy looked at me with weirdly and and did not respond. I repeated my question more seriously "are you sure?" he ignored me and refused to look in my direction as I beamed in his, I knew this would not turn out well for me. A few minutes later he returned with a bag, I immediately reached inside and retrieved a mangled poorly wrapped sandwich with the same ticket that was on the first one. I just held it up and look at him and asked "Really?" His snicker "they remade it", I just shook my head. His (co-defendant) co-worker and she said I saw him put the other one in the waste and took the sticker of and put it on that one. But how would she know why I was protesting at that moment without being told? This was not only infuriating but disheartening when doing the right thing would have been so simple. I was not only disrespected but treated like an animal just given scraps that I was made to accept after they already had made the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent through the drive thru and the lady stated she couldnāt hear us as we are screaming at the speaker. Probably because sheās on the phone with who ever and not listening, then get to the window pay with exact change only to get to window 2 to be greeted with a blonde manager stating we still owed 25 cents. Now this is not about having the money to pay this about the RUDENESS of this so called manager. Which I paid the EXTRA 25 cents because they didnāt give us a receipt because we were short. Ha! I had to put it on my card of all things I just hate carrying cash is the reason I even used my card. Never in my life have I ever had such a ride experience but itās always like that here. Literally takes 30 minutes for them to even realize you are in the lobby then tell us use the touch screen which is more than likely shut off and then after we do use it when it is working they canāt find it in their system or what ever excuse they have. We got lucky today that they even had ice cream since they havenāt had it in the past year and a half. Guess it was āclosed for lazinessā. I still can not believe that because t their worker was on the phone not paying a lick of attention I had got to argue with miss personality and pay an extra 25 cents. Well I hope they give that to her for a tip because the only tip that I have for this place is to grow up and hire BETTER people. Respectfully. It must suck to make 16$ to make...
