McDonald's — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Almost everytime I come in to order, my order is either wrong, the order taker is rude or they're missing an item from my order,

It's sad because this is the most convenient McDonalds to get because it is on the way home from work, but no matter what time of day I come here, the service poor in some aspect,

Today I had the worst service I've had at this restaurant, I pull up to the order screen and I order a Number 1 with a coke, a number 3 with only pickle mayo and cheese, and a 4 piece nugget for my daughter, I then asked for the order to be repeated before I pulled up, and they repeated back to me but my Number 3 wasn't right, I then told them again only pickle mayo and cheese, they say yes and I pull up,

Next I am not greeted at the first window like I should be, I get there and the employees are arguing over an order that wasn't mine, they seem confused and asked what I had, I told them what I ordered and they took my card and gave it back with a blank expression, no "thank you" or anything just blank stares like they were looking into my soul

Then I get to the last window, where again the employees are puzzled to what I had ordered I tell them for I think the 5th time, I then get my food about 8 minutes from when I had placed my order, I check the bag and what fo I find? Not my 4 piece nugget, I get out of my car and walk back up to the window because the inside is being renovated, and tell them I'm missing my nuggets, which they give me in a few seconds like they had already had It ready but just forgot, then I finally leave

I get home and I realize that in my rush that I should have checked my number 3 because it was also wrong, instead of what I asked it only had cheese and meat. Not satisfying after a 9 hour day at work.

I cant stand that I used to work at this location but get treated so badly now, truly upsetting how bad this...

The food is always as expected. The service and stealing is what sucks. The prices on the menu is almost never what they actually charge. The last time I went, I ordered in the drive thru....the food and prices came up with the total on the screen....the person said to pull to the window....as I drove off I noticed that the prices on the screen jumped up and my total was actually more at the window. When I asked why I got sassed and my food shoved at me. I've been told all types of things at McDs....such as hashbrowns don't come with bfast combos and I'd have to pay extra for a hashbrown (hashbrowns do come with bfast combos). They always upcharge me for large drinks when I get a combo even though I didn't order it and I don't receive a large drink. Not to even mention when they forget part of my order and act like I'm burning their houses down when I bring it to their attention. Or I order a 20 piece nugg for the fam and only get 2 sauces?? Ordered a frozen blue raz drink once and apparently their machine wasn't freezing good but instead of just saying that, they handed me a mostly melted with a sad frozen chunk floating on the top. I just looked at her and said "really??". She knew....she didn't say a word, just threw it I the garbage and went to make another one. I've just completely stopped...

Went through the drive through at 1:30 A.M. ordered a caramel frappe from a girl, who seemed annoyed at having to take my order.

She told me that they were out of caramel frappe's so I changed my order to a number 7 with a large coke. She told me the total and to pull up to the second window.

When I got up to the second window, the girl who was there to take my money asked me if I had the #1 with out pickles and I said "nope I ordered a #7 with a large coke" she looked genuinely confused and stood there.....staring into to kitchen.... for like a minute or maybe even 2.... it was enough time for me to realize I made a mistake coming to that Mcdonalds.

Once she regained her faculties she asked the girl who took my order if she well....took my order. To which the girl girl replied no....

She then turned to me and said "she said we didnt get any order for that....To which I said "Are you seriously telling me I dont know what I ordered?"

She said "She said no one ordered that" I said "But I did...I promise" she said "well i cant take orders up here" which is not true. I have had other Mcdonalds change the order at the window when they screwed up.

Sooo I said "im good I will go somewhere else" and drove off....

Do better at hiring...
