McDonald's — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

The facts are that you can walk up to the drive thru window and order food at this Mcdonalds, but if they don't like you they won't do that for you. It's why they have so many people walking up on your car at the drive thru. They get food from the window while on foot, seen them do it many times, I guess they are scared of being robbed. The other McDonald's say it's against policy to do that, but this one does it for who they want but may turn YOU down if they feel like it. I don't think they are prejudice just selective. Night shift I noticed. The food is good tasting though. Many people stand about 2 feet from you looking in your car while you wait in the drive thru line because night shift managers give them food through the drive thru windows. Mostly drinks. Small fat African American lady manager and a young Hispanic male manager or I think they are managers at night. A big straight truck blocked the drive through windows because they would not refund his money for some reason, I walked up to the window to get my order, they refused me, all was understandable until I saw the Hispanic manager give it to another driver of Hispanic origin. I confronted him about it at the window because I was picking up an order for a delivery company and told him I saw him give an order to the other driver to deliver. His reply was he didn't care, but he was scared of me for some reason as he conspired with the little fat African American woman he worked with shift leaders I guess. My customer had to wait 45 min longer because of this delay as they refused to give my customer's order through the drive thru. Any questions about this and I know there won't be, I'm willing to come in there and confront them about it. Just challenge me. Worst Costumer Service EVER!!!! The Manager Is Rude To The Customers..She Literally Came To The Window Screaming At My Family Member Saying She Doesn’t Waste Food She Isn’t Making Hot Fresh Food And Giving It To Her. That’s Ridiculous Because My Family Waited In Line 15 Mins To Get Served Cold Food And Yelled At About It. This Is The Same Manager That Was My 15 Year Olds Boss This Past Summer & Was Mad At Her And Fired Her Because My Little Cousin Wasn’t Willing To Miss School To Work At McDonald’s & Wasn’t Willing To Give Her A New Schedule To Accommodate Her Going To High School….I Pass This McDonald’s Everyday And Go To A Different One For Coffee Because The Manager Is So Rude I Could Definitely See Her Doing Something To My Coffee Or Food If I Complain About Anything And Send It Back For Any Reason To Be Fixed. Just About Everyone I Know Has The Same Complaints About This Lady And Since The Other Workers Watch Her Behave This Way They Follow In Her Footsteps And Treat The Customers Bad As Well. The One Time I Didn’t Try And Deter A Family Member Away This Is What Happens, I Could Have Put Money On It. & What Makes It Even Worse Is My Family Member Just Lost A Parent Today & I Had To Sit On The Phone And Listen To Her Be Screamed At For Wanting Fresh Food, Then Watched Her Sit And Eat Freezing Cold Food Not Even 10 Mins Later After Arriving To My House. I feel you need better management I go to this mcdonalds every morning and sometimes they get the order right at least 3 days but the other 2 days they leave eggs off or cheese off. I purchase sandwiches for 4 people because I pick up breakfast for 3 co workers I tell the person at the window and the times the order is not correct they act like they don't understand me ENGLISH the past week I'm having to stay in line 20 to 25 minutes just to order and the order is correct on the screen. Never have they offered me a correction for the day before I am trying to get to work and don't have time to pull up and talk to a manager and the customers behind have been waiting just like I had to.I drive from hendersonville to tranity lane & brick church 5 to 6 days per week and really would like to see an improvement with the time sitting in line and my order correct.
