if i could give them a zero, i would. ive come to this mcdonalds often and usually theyre an ok experience. im not the type of person to go out my way to write a review up until i received the worst service earlier this afternoon. theres this older hispanic lady that works there and im not sure what her name is but she is always so rude & talking in a disrespectful way. this isnt the first time she’s been disrespectful to me and my family & ive seen it been done to others as well. today she gave me the incorrect order after waiting about 30 minutes and when i finally felt that i had waited long enough for my order, i went inside. she refused to give me part of my order for whatever reason and on top of that i was waiting almost a full hour. i got my receipt at 5:29 and didnt leave the place with my full order until 6:20. she also had two young men waiting 20+ minutes in the inside for a drink and a mcflurry ? i as well am hispanic and feel so disrespected that the lady was talking to another spanish speaking employee, talking badly of me as if i just wasnt understanding everything she said. she as well pulled up more than 5 cars behind me. every other employee there was nice especially this white lady at the drive thru who actually acknowledged my presence. the hispanic lady really does deserve to be fired. shes been having this attitude for years. dont work in food and customer service if you refuse to treat people with at least an ounce of respect. ive worked fast food as well and never would i treat a customer like this. not to mention she is an older lady who was trying to argue with me , a 17 year old. im sure she has kids of her own and wouldnt want others to treat them this way. everything put aside. i really hope she gets fired or changes her attitude because it makes customers not even want to...

I'm not sure who the manager working at 7 PM on June 25, 2021 is, because she did not wear a name tag and she refused to give me her name.

I am a delivery driver for GrubHub. I'm currently unemployed, and due for surgery in a few weeks, so I'm saving up as much as I can. I arrived to pick up an order. The manager asked me for a confirmation number. I've never been asked for a confirmation number from McDonald's. I explained I didn't have one, but that I had the name and the order details. The manager yelled at me that I needed a number. So, I tried to show her the order on my phone. She yelled and told me no, saying I needed to tell her the number. The number I didn't have. I explained that I would just have to unassign myself from the order, and call the customer to explain the situation. I did both of these things while the manager continued to ignore me. Then, I filed a formal complaint through the app, and called the store an hour later to ask for the manager's name. She hung up on me, so I called back. Then she hung up on me again, and when I tried to call back, the line was always busy.

I have never in my entire life been treated this poorly, and undeservedly. I calmly tried to explain things to the manager, and she refused to listen to me, and instead verbally abused me. I'm demanding this manager be fired, because there should be zero-tolerance for this behavior. Update: I was asked to give feedback on their website. I tried. I am required to enter a store number. I did not receive a physical receipt. The receipt in my app does not show a store number. The website locations does not show a store number. I called the phone number twice and there was no answer. I am unable to give feedback without the store number, even though I have the address. Original review: I ordered through the app with drive thru option, got my code, they couldnt find it. My app changed as I was showing them and told me to pick a table. There is a bug somewhere. I could not eat my mccrispy chicken biscuit. I know chicken is stringy but I am almost certain this chicken really had some type of string in it. I could not pull it apart without some major strength behind it. When I tried to bite into it, I could not. It was so rubbery and stringy. I never got one bite in. Oh and the biscuit was burnt, a very very dark brown and tough also. I give up giving chances. I received a pretty raw Quarter punder with cheese during their ecoli issue.
