What a totally unique experience... We stopped by here when it was pouring rain, and wanted to play pool. There was DJ equipment on the pool table, so that wasn't optimal, but that didn't diminish my take on the place. Really cool, chill vibe with a very personable service team. They don't have a menu! They "get to know you first" and talk through wine selection, and then give you some options. Ellie was the team member who served us, and she was knowledgeable and really perfect for the presentation and experience they have created here. Great place to sip wine, meet friends, taste some unique wine, and sometimes, I guess, play pool. The neighborhood it is in is a fun walking environment too. Definitely recommend, we might swing by next time we are in town too, and see you there...

A refreshing addition to the Nashville scene! Sauced brings a relaxed and interactive take to a traditional wine bar, set to the awesome backdrop of a perfectly curated play list. Honestly, wine can be intimidating but the approach here is to meet you where you are. If you are a seasoned wine drinker, they have something for you and if you are a novice it is equally enriching. The conversations you have with the staff about your tastes will likely bring some wine varietals you are familiar with and a bunch that you have not had! I mean, what is better than learning you may like Austrian orange wine while Pharcyde plays in the background? I can't think of a better setting to get a glass! I have found my wine spot!

Cool concept with some small tweaks needed. The lack of a wine list is an issue especially when the bar area is very crowded. The bartender offered a guided experience and I purchased a bottle but it was really just me acquiescing to the limited selection. My wife didn’t get any input because she had to hold our seats which were the only ones left. The initial experience was uncomfortable and stressful. Not how I want to feel while dropping a hundy on a bottle. Once we settled in we were able to relax, enjoy ourselves, and watch Vincent make the snacks which looked delicious. The back room with the pool table needs to be reconsidered for additional seating.

Sauced is exactly what Nashville has been yearning for—a perfect spot for a night out with friends, a cozy date night, or even a quiet solo glass of wine after a long day. The owners of Sauced have masterfully brought their vision to life, capturing the essence of their original New York City location. From the moment you step through the doors, you’re transported to an authentic New York wine bar, complete with a selection of wines and perfectly paired bites.

The staff at Sauced deserve special mention—it’s rare to encounter anyone so genuinely passionate about crafting pairings that elevate the entire experience. Their dedication ensures that everything is impeccable, from the initial wine tasting to the moment you’re halfway through your glass. That said, you might not make it that far, as the attentive team is always ready to keep your glass topped off.

Adding to the charm, vinyl music fills the air, creating an eclectic and intimate ambiance that completes the feeling of being right back in a New...

I’ve frequented plenty a wine bar in Nashville and unfortunately I will not be coming back here. I wanted to love this place because the neighborhood needs a wine bar, but unfortunately our experience fell short. The vibe was unwelcoming the night I went, and there was no wine menu in sight, which should have been my cue to leave. Then, my glass of wine that I talked to the bar tender about was OVER $23? Which was not mentioned to me at all when ordering - it was giving more “money hungry” rather than “this wine selection is the best for you”. Again, a great reason for a menu - if i have questions, I’ll ask your bar tender but I don’t want to be shell shocked at the price when I get my bill. I did not expect it to be cheap, but that is completely outrageous. There are better wine bars in Nashville (Butterlamp, Bad Idea, Van Gogh etc) for much less and restraints with an amazing wine selection that I would recommend before anyone...

Being a Nashville native. I am always excited to try restaurants and bars that originate from another city or state. As always I have high expectations. But this place was a total let down. Mainly because of the service. Apparently bar staff picks and chooses who has to come to the bar for a drink and who does not. I went to the grand opening on 1/23/25 and saw a bartender go from table to table greeting guests and taking their orders table by table. My guest and I were told to order at the bar. The bartender was short and not inviting at all. Having to stand and taste wine when I had a table was a horrible time.. mind you my part was one of the first parties there. My shrimp dish had good flavor but it was cold because it had been sitting ready for a while. Overall 2/10 and as a wine and food enthusiast the 2 is me just being nice. Really disappointed by the way we were singled out...
