The vibe here was fantastic and the store is absolutely beautiful. I was enthusiastically greeted and all of my chocolate dreams were fulfilled!!! I got a 4 pack for $10 with Blueberry Sage (in a lovely fleur de lis cast), Key Lime Pie (with dark chocolate crust) and two I haven’t tried yet. Those flavors are Lavender Hibscus and Louisa’s Cream Liquor. Louisa’s is one of my absolute favorite cordials. It’s an Espresso Caramel Pecan Liquer, made by Nelson’s Green Briar Distillery. Nelson’s is one of Nashville’s local distilleries that pre-dates prohibition! I love the use of local ingredients and the neighborhood feel of Tempered Fine Chocolates. The branding also gives the customer an old world level experience, and this is all just evidence of the shop’s very real emphasis on craftsmanship! I for one am quality over quantity, and you can really taste the 8 hours it takes to make this chocolate so good!!! My chocolate box paired perfectly with a Blueberry Sage tea from their...

We got there and we were the only ones in there at first. We were served right away! There was only one person working behind the counter. We got 6 truffles to start and all flavors were mediocre except for the lemon lavender which was exquisite. There are several vegan options which is why the filling on some of them were hard rather than smooth and creamy. Lemon Lavendar and Raspberry Cabernet were my favorites, but out of the 10 we tried, those are the only 2 I would get again. They were out of a whiskey I wanted for a spiked coffee and since there was only 1 worker, we waited about 10 minutes to pay our bill since at that time, about 6-8 people were waiting to be served. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and there were a couple other cafés across the street. Could have just been an off day, but we were a little disappointed since it was recommended to us to visit for the...

My sister and I went here for dessert after our brunch and I'm so glad we did. We wanted to try their sipping chocolate and some of the Truffles. We did make the mistake of ordering the 8oz size of the sipping chocolate. It was incredible though. Honestly the best hot chocolate I've ever had. It tastes like you're drinking a melted chocolate bar. So rich and creamy but definitely best in smaller quantities. The Truffles we got were delicious as well. Some of them are more difficult to distinguish the flavor of the filling but the quality of chocolate is still delicious and enjoyable. The building is very small so sitting is limited but it's very cozy and feels like you're in a small European cafe. Highly recommend making this a stop for dessert if you're enjoying a meal at another nearby restaurant! Or are just having a...
