The restaurant was very clean and staff was extremely helpful. This was our first time so we weren't sure about how to order so Jasmine assisted us and told us all about the menu even though she was actually doing something else with food service. She then called Nick to further assist us and he knew everything about the food because he's the cook. He didn't hesitate to tell us he could really cook and he was not kidding. Our food was hot and delicious and fresh. Every time we want a good burger and don't forget to get orders and orders of the crispy fries they have because they are good and greasy! Very nice environment, great music, DELICIOUS food. Nice people here and generally helpful, but I think they just need to pay a bit more attention to order specifics because my wife and I ordered the same combo but mine without bacon and add avocado, and they made them the exact same with bacon and no avocado. Still, they gave me a side of avocado for free. I also think they are a tad overpriced and need to offer discounted combos like most other “fast food” places.

Typical shake shack quality burger - we tried a few things that were new to us.

The chicken nuggets are oily and the batter is floury. Ranch is very thick. The garlic parm fries are good - the fries just have parm on them and the accompanying sauce provides a huge hit of garlic. The onion rings are a pretty pathetic portion, but they're very good - they bite really well and aren't oily.
