They say walk ins welcome, but expect to wait about 2.5-3 hours. Very little information provided, especially when it's your first time and have zero clue about where to go, what to do, etc.
While we waited, we went to the bar/restaurant inside there. Was gonna eat before our games, but it took over half an hour for them to bring us our drinks, another hour before they finally came back to take our food order. We had just under an hour before we had to go for our golfing turn, and they told us minimum 2 hours for food. So we decided to wait until we were called to go to our spot for golf.
When we finally got there, the lady vaguely went over who is playing without explaining anything to us when we asked about what to do cuz we were new, so we had to spend 15 minutes of our play time figuring things out. Oh, and the added fee of membership, even though we didn't want membership, that fee is required to play.. we had also informed them that we had kids playing, but they didnt have kids golf clubs ready, had to go looking for a server to request them, waited about 20 minutes for them to bring us some clubs so the kids could play.
Ordered our food while we played, took almost an hour to get it, along with our drinks. The food was decent in flavor, but it definitely was not hot. Barely even warm as if it sat for awhile before bringing it out. My autistic son finally decided to eat, so we ordered the donuts. At that point, we had alittle over an hour left in our game. By the time our time was up, we STILL haven't received our donuts, even with the reminders.
When we went to pay, they tried to charge us for food and drink that wasn't ours and charged us for the donuts we never received. We informed that those items weren't ours and that we never got the donuts so we will not be paying for them. She "corrected" the ticket and cashed us out without showing us the ticket until AFTER. And she STILL charged us for the donuts. Argued with us, saying she will not refund us because the donut order was already placed (over an hour ago) and she will have them box it up to take with us. By that time, my son had fallen asleep and we no longer wanted them or needed them. And she kept refusing to refund the donuts we never received for our gameplay. We had to find a manager to fix the issue because she wouldn't contact management at our request.
Over priced and very crappy service. Will never return to this place. $100 for 6 people to golf for 2 hours. Abit steep on price, especially when we were initially told it was 10 per person. Nothing said about the membership fee until AFTER we were added to the waitlist and...
Read moreWe wanted to do something different for our 6-year-old son's birthday, so we decided to take him to Topgolf. Reservations were made for Friday, March 5th at 7:45pm. I am a person that loves to be on time, so we got to the location at 7:25pm. We were greeted immediately and advised that out (Bay) would be available at 7:45. At 7:50, a very nice young lady on the first floor apologized and said that they are running behind and our (Bay) would now be available within 15 minutes after our reservation time. We understand that things happen, so we were just happy that our kids were excited to be there. We were advised that since we are going to be on the 3rd floor, we could sit in the lounge area and they would text us as soon as our Bay was available. As soon as we entered the 3rd floor lounge, we were greeted by Chandler...god I hope that is her name. She was beyond nice and apologized that they were running behind but promised to check back on us after 15 minutes. As promised, Chandler came back and was surprised that we still did not receive a text that our Bay was ready, so she went downstairs to see what was going on. As soon as she returned, we finally received the text, and the time was 8:25pm... remember we made reservations at 7:45pm. Chandler advised what our Bay number was (334) and showed us where to go. As we got closer to our Bay, my husband and I noticed people just leaving the area. When we got to our Bay, the couches had food and the table was still dirty. At this point I was very disappointed and had to say something when our Bay attendants arrived. We explain our disappointment to Madison and right away, you could tell he wanted to turn our disappointment around. He cleaned and sanitized the area and made sure that our food and drinks were brought to our table in a timely manner. During our initial conversation, I did tell Madison that we are celebrating our 6-year son’s birthday and he told us what desserts they do for birthdays. After an hour, we were greeted by Tyler the manager on duty and he also was made aware of our experiences, but we explained that Madison was doing a great job and we are having a lot of fun! WEL…what happens next is beyond the WOW factor. We heard people cheering and clapping loudly with signs heading our way and OMG they had signs that spelled out our son’s name and his age and they sang the Birthday song! Our 6-year son was beyond excited and kept jumping for joy! I will NEVER forget what Tyler, Madison and Chandler did not only for our son but for our family as a whole! This was truly 5-star service and we thank...

Long Review- We came to Nashville this past Saturday night super excited to go and play some games at TopGolf, we were from out of town and just got done with a 7 hour drive and were going to meet up with some friends. For one couple this was the only time we would see them before they left. This was our chance to be able to meet them and hang out with them before they went back out of town. The other couple we were meeting was local to Nashville so we got the weekend with them. For the first hour everything was fine but then our ball despenser stopped working, which is fine, it happens. It's a piece of machinery, things go wrong. However we ordered more food and drinks, we were promised our time would be returned to us, and so we sat there. The machine was finally fixed with 6 minutes left on our time. Woo! We could get back to it! That time ran out and then the manager came up and told us it was time for us to go. Obviously we were confused. But what about all this time we paid for and lost? 45 minutes of it still needed to come back to us? The response we got was that sorry there was a reservation behind us so we'd have to go. He kept pushing for us to leave and leave. But the worse part was right next to us, for the majority of the time we were there and still when we finally left THERE WAS AN EMPTY BAY RIGHT NEXT TO OURS. Completely unutilized the entire time. And "we couldn't move there because then he'd have to open it up and get it running". Finally he broke down and decided to give us some money off our bill. He gave us 21 dollars back. Which with how much we spent thinking we'd be able to play more by buying food and drink and waiting, not to mention the time we lost out anyway, was more a slap in the face than anything. And with that it turned into "okay now you guys really have to go". I was very pleasant and calm and it was impossible to work to find solutions, they just wanted us out and our bay clear.
As much as I love what Topgolf is and what it's about as an avid golfer and social person, I will not go back. I will not recommend it to anyone and I will actively advocate against going. Luckily all I do is hang out with golfers so I should be able to save a few people. Find a driving range that serves food and beer and you'll have much better service and attention to detail and probably a much more personal, better time. I'm...
