My family had our bi-annual reunion in Nashville this summer and we were recommended by a cousin to check out baq bone bbq. After looking at their menu and pricing, I reached out to Mr.McClean to discuss options. He was extremely friendly professional and accommodating to our needs. On multiple occasions as we were deciding our desired menu combined with number of family members expected, he quickly adjusted and presented new quotes to us. He was extremely patient and appreciated in this process. I have been a manager in Food and Beverage for 40 years and I was extremely impressed and pleased with not only the service but the quality of his product. My family loved all of the items prepared from the ribs and leg quarters to the cowboy beans and mac and cheese. His portions were perfect and we even had a bit left over. Thank goodness for baqbone bbq! We had the very best turkey and stuffing for thanksgiving! Party of 18 is no joke- and every one of my family members left Thanksgiving wondering how any future turkey dinner would ever measure up! The turkey was moist- super flavorful- perfectly seasoned. Best BBQ i’ve had from a catering service ! the food was perfectly cooked for my wedding, and the service was five star as well. My wife and I were under a bit of stress to find a catering service for our wedding in our price range that would be able to deliver the menu preferences for our guest and us on our special day.
