My husband and I meet the requirements we were told we met requirements and then denied. The older lady answers the phones stated she will have them do a 2nd review and when I called back she did not know anything about it and when confronted she was very rude to tell me to hold and transfer to a case worker that I have left 3 messages with no response! I feel like this place is racist against white people needing help. If I’m not contacted by Monday I’m going to call the news station.
