This subway was great when we started coming here a few years ago. I've stopped coming to this location because of the terrible customer service. The only reason I stopped by tonight is because I couldn't make it to my favorite location off of Donelson pike before they closed. We pulled up in front of the store, and the guy that was usually there (most of the time with his wife and baby there also) walked rather fast to the door and locked it. I understand that it was close to closing, but the sign says 9pm. He locked it up before 9 pm. How rude!! I will travel as far as I have to so that I don't have to see these people again!!
5/22/2024 It has been a long time since I have stopped here, and I remembered why when I came in with my coupon and the same guy from the above review was very, very rude. I asked what kind of bread was on the top warming rack, and he said it was a "wrap" when I could clearly see that it wasn't so I asked what did the artisan Italian bread look like, he rolled his eyes and grabbed the exact loaf that I had just asked about! He got both loaves down and started cutting one open. Then, when he saw that I was using a coupon, he said that I couldn't use it on the BMT. It has the sandwiches listed that are not eligible for the coupon, and the BMT WAS NOT listed on it!!! I left and went to Elm Hill Pike Subway, where they treated me nicely and let me use my coupon. Read moreI ordered from the app and I reviewed my order after purchase. But while picking up my order I wanted to check my order as I was asking if they did as asked with the vegies. I waa asking if one of the subs that was not toasted had its letuce and tomato seperate from the others on the side and I seemed to feel rushed as I was assured that the order was correct. I then wanted to get a free Cookie offer from the app and was hoping to get assistance trying to find the location on the app to redeem as I was rushed again. then when I called to tell them that my lettuce and tomato was not present for either sub I was given to man ( they are a couple from India I assume, with very hard to understand English) over the phone. when I told him about the issue I heard crickets.
