Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I am schocked at the service as they have always to this point been prompt cordial and top notch on customer. I normally enjoy going in after a long day and going inside and ordering. I spend about 200/ month at this location due to its close to my home, friendly and good hot food. However seems things for whatever reason just went south. Approximately Saturday on either this past Friday or Saturday I got an order In which i had ordered in addition to other items 2 5 layer beef burritos. When I arrived home I noticed that they had made a mistake and only given me basic beef burritos. I check the receipt and realized I had ordered what I had thought so I called and spoke with a lady that claimed to be the manager. She offered for me to come back then but I said no if she could just take my name she said that was fine and I could come in at a later time come on and pick them up. Well today 9/4/2016 between appx. 8:30-8:45 I stopped to get the burritos and purchase something else for my family and myself. However the person at the front counter wasnt really friendly when I explained the situation. I figured she may be new, I'm in there alot so no big deal. Well she went in the back and after about 5 minutes came out and asked me if i had the receipt and i said no but they were supposed to have my name. She again said nope i had to have a receipt. I said never mind and left. My wife was not happy. I was going to let it pass but she knew this was ridiculous. She called and asked for a manager, a lady by the name of Ashley came on the line and actually told my wife that I had complained about food alot of times and that's why I couldn't get the burritos. That schocked me. I called back after she hung up with my wife and asked for a reason because this was a blatant lie. I spend about $210.00 per month at that store. That's alot for me. I have no desire to steal from anyone and that's basically what she said I have done. She went from telling my wife that I have done it several times to saying that another manager said I've done it several times then she changed it to I had once before complained about the burritos. Well I go there alot if I did it's been a while. If I complain its bacause I spend my hard earned money to buy a product that I actually order. I understand people make mistakes and it will happen on occasion. Thus I dont ever make a big deal if it happens. However this lady basically stated I was lying. She attempted to back track saying that finally I was getting this treatment due to they have other people do this. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've...

I chose to dine in at this Taco Bell today. I ordered a Black Bean Crunchwrap customized with no cheese/sour cream, and they gave me a Beef Crunchwrap instead. I went up to have my order fixed, and after looking again, they included shredded cheese this time. I decided to just pick off the cheese this time, because I didn't want to waste more food (I try to avoid food waste when I can).

This kind of thing is annoying and a little distressing, as I think of Taco Bell as generally being a pretty reliable place for easy vegan options. The employees may want to slow down and pay more attention to their orders.

Additionally, since I was dining in, the employees were acting very unprofessional and it sounded like they were getting into a heated discussion. One employees voice was particularly loud as he complained and argued about various things with his coworker. They were cussing a lot and seemed really unhappy, unfortunately.

The absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I went last night and asked if I could have the lettuce for the taco’s on the side. Really it is not a big request. The guy emphasized TWICE saying “I mean I GUESS” like yeah you can do it. He was just being rude for no reason. I had a 30 minute drive and didn’t want soggy lettuce when I got there. I also asked for a lot of mild sauce and got not a single packet after the dude made me pull up to a mobile order spot for my drive thru order that was not special aside from lettuce on the side.
