Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I got to be real honest the reason I gave this place five stars p was it for any other reason when I walked in there was a lady behind the counter who took my order immediately on the screen herself didn't make me punch any kiosk didn't make me have to do my own ordering when I went out to dine out and be served I was served and I got to say I thank them for being a restaurant like every other Taco Bell because I'm so sick of going places and not getting paid to ring myself out I go to places to buy things to be at a restaurant to eat to be served not to work for free cuz they think they're going to save some money by having the customers fill out their own stuff I love this Taco Bell if they change and go to the kiosk I'll be sadly disappointed I'll never get to know cuz it was just one time stopped but wow finally and also the best part I didn't see a sign that says we take cash listen if you take a sign and put up that says we take cash what the hell is wrong with you it says on the dollars the five the 10th the 20s the 30s used for all that in the United States of America you can't not take cash people can't not take cash you can't tell people they can't take cash now you can you can refuse service if you like you have the right to do that but I'm sick of places telling me they can't take 50s or $100 I'm sick of place is acting like the United States money doesn't stay on it it's in good for all deaths in the US this isn't another country this was a great day at Taco Bell because I myself every time I go I tell the people behind the counter I can't read cuz I don't know how to fill out the computer form again I go to a restaurantI want to be served I don't want to go in there and learn how to work at a restaurant fast food restaurant I didn't work there as a kid for a reason why the hell is an adult do I want to go in there and try to figure out how to make my stuff so Taco Bell is a corporation you can kiss my ass but this Taco Bell I love you and the only reason I eat at Taco Bell is cuz I still like some of the food and it's cheap so Taco Bell corporate you...

Despite my love for Taco Bell in particular (compared to other fast food restaurants), I hadn't actually eaten here/ordered takeout in almost a year! (Just trying to save $ by eating at home all the time). But I had an unrelenting craving for 1 of their chicken quesadillas & cinnamon twists last night that would not be silenced until I finally gave in & drove over there approx. 20min before they closed, and I can honestly say that I'm glad I did bc I do NOT regret it at all! The drive thru was very fast, I waited less than 2min to place my order, and I had my food & was on my way back home in less than 5min after that. The food was very fresh & hot & really hit the spot--the cinnamon twists were honestly the best I've had from a Taco Bell in a long time! They really tasted like they were cooked/made to order for me. The lady staffing the drive thru that night, Donna (acc 2 my receipt), was incredibly friendly & personable, she worked quickly but didn't rush me or anything when i was ordering, paying or picking up my food, my order was accurate (everything was in the bag) & she was very generous with the # of the sauce packets! (Which I always appreciate!) =) Everything considered, it was a top-notch experience all-around & I will definitely be returning for more a lot sooner...

I wish I could give zero stars. I rarely ever leave reviews but the service here was so laughably horrible I have to share. We order our food and to start we get the wrong drink. Fine. So we try to get the lady at the windows attention but she was to busy texting. We finally get her to acknowledge us and she gets us the right drink and then hands us our food. We pull over to eat and it’s missing the main thing my fiancé ordered. He ran back in to get his crunch wrap supreme and the guy behind the counter goes “oh it’s right here”. At this point we are still okay. But then he ate his crunch wrap supreme and there was no sour cream or anything it was dry. He was like whatever it’s fine. Then he went to eat his taco and it was broken so badly he couldn’t eat it. And my cheesy Gordita crunch had almost nothing on it except Baja sauce. This is by far the worst fast food restaurant experience I have ever had. I wonder if the owner realizes they would do even better if their staff could actually produce the food customers order. I’m literally going to share this with every person I possibly can to help them avoid getting screwed. There’s other Taco Bell’s with way better service. SAVE YOURSELF and go literally anywhere else....
