I was really disappointed with the steak tacos from the taco truck. The steak was tough and dry, and it had no flavor. The tortillas were also hard and stale. The only good thing about the tacos was the toppings, which were fresh and flavorful.
I've had steak tacos from other taco trucks in town, and they've always been delicious. But these tacos were a real letdown. I won't be going back to this taco truck again.
Here are some additional details that I may want to include in my review:
The price of the tacos. The service at the taco truck. The cleanliness of the taco truck. Whether or not I would recommend this taco truck to others. Overall, I would give this taco truck a 1-star rating. The steak tacos were terrible, and I would not recommend this taco truck to anyone.

Read moreAs a native Texas, I am both a devour taco enthusiast but also perhaps a quite harsh taco critic. Thankfully San Luis offers no reason for reproach - these street tacos are the finest I've found East of the Mississippi, with salsa par excellence to match. The asada (steak) and pollo (chicken) are especially incredible, though several guests assure me that the hamburger is even better. The location feels a little sketchy and you may be panhandled while there, but I've never gone and not found customers waiting outside the little window, hope for tacos in their hearts - a testament to the dedication San Luis has inspired in the stomaches of...
