Panaderia Delicia — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

This was starting to be my favorite place to buy fresh bread but after today I've changed my mind. There was a lady that had pre ordered a cake two days ago and when she picked it up it was not what she wanted so the cashier instead gave her one of the other cakes that was already in the refrigerator. There was a language barrier so i was the one interpreting the customer. The customer had chosen the design and asked for no fruit on top of the cake but when she was picking it up since it was not what she wanted they gave her another one.(not fresh made) So the customer was telling the cashier that she was getting charged the same price for an old cake that had been in the refrigerator who knows how many days or at least get a discount. The cashier stated she was going to take the fruit off but when the customer say this she didn't want the cake like that and so the cashier proceeded to put the fruit back on tbe cake mind you she had bare hands no gloves and then put the cake back in the refrigerator. The customer was appalled as well as i was to and she ended up taking the cake that she didn't want in the first place. I was disgusted at the fact that the cashier had touched the cake with bare hands and then put it back in the refrigerator. Needless to say i will go back to the other bakery i was...

This is a great and delicious bakery. My family and I would definitely recommend this place. Although when my mom and I walked in I saw that some of the workers weren’t even wearing a mask. I only saw two ladies wearing a mask, the owner and cashier.With the workers not wearing a mask I shook it off only because they were in the back, but later on I saw that the two workers went up to the floor and they were arranging the pastries without wearing a mask.I asked the cashier if they have an excuse for not wearing a mask while rearranging the pastries. She had no response but later proceeded to tell the two to wear a mask. The two employees stared laughing and still did not put their mask on. This bakery bakes all day and all night, I think! Lol They specialize in 30noe so different breakfast pastries and "tres leches" cakes. I have been buying and bringing others to buy both for years.
