TennFold Brewing EVERYTHING about this visit was FANTASTIC!
Cale was absolutely fantastic as our server. He suggested menu items & he did not led us wrong.
The wait time for our appreitizers to our entrees was very little & everything was hot & fresh. Cale checked in to make sure we were good & if we needed anything else to make sure we were good.
We started off with the Meatballs $10 fire roasted tomato sauce / basil oil / baguette & the Fried Cheese Curds $9 breaded and fried /green goddess dressing.
Both of these were seasoned perfectly & delicious. The tomato sauce on the meatballs complimented them & brought out the flavor of the combination of both. The cheese curds were so cheesy & even though it didn’t come with it they brought me marinara.
My friend Charity Cruz ordered the Blueberry Chicken Sandwich $14 pulled chicken | fontina / mozzarella / blueberry agrodolce / kale / walnut pesto / house panuozzo bread.
I ordered the Brisket Cheesesteak $16 house smoke brisket / smoked gouda mornay / peppadew / green pepper / roasted onion / hoagie roll / shake shake fries.
I wouldn’t have thought to pair blueberry with chicken but it went very well together. The chicken was very tender & had a lot of flavor to it. The mac & cheese was one of the best that we’ve had. It’s in our top ten (it’s in the second spot to be exact).
The brisket was so tender & the roll was so soft. I didn’t get green peppers & I had the peppadew on the side. The fries were great! They were hot, fresh & seasoned perfectly.
When Cale brought us our tickets we asked to speak to a manager. We told him it was for a good reason. Tim almost immediately came over & introduced himself. We explained this was one of the best experiences we’ve had, from the wait time of our food, how fantastic Cale was, how everything tasted so good & even how promptly he came over to speak with us.
We will...
Read moreI'm upset to have to leave a negative review here. This was our go to place if we didn't have a specific hankering for anything. It's been awhile since we went so decided to stop by for dinner on Saturday evening. Vols game was on so was expecting a wait. No big deal. The wait time wasn't bad at all. Sat down at our table and waited about 15 mins until someone came with waters. We were ready to order at that point but she seemed irritated about it. We ordered a pizza and 2 sandwiches. My husband got the blueberry sandwich. He said it was meh at best. He could see what they were trying to to go for but the chicken was dry and lacked flavor. I got the butcher sandwich. Sandwich itself was good. The fries however were cold and soggy even after dipping them in the side of truffle ranch we asked for. After trying to get her attention multiple times, i asked for fresh fries. The 2nd batch came out better but still seemed off from what they used to be. Lastly we tried the carrot cake. Frosting was good but the cake itself tasted like something from little Debbie. Again, not the same quality as they had before. Check finally came and saw they charged us $3 for the side of truffle ranch. Mind you. It was MAYBE a tablespoon of "ranch" (moreso aioli). When I asked about it, she even seemed surprised at the amount but said she would check. She came back saying it was due to black truffles and couldn't take it off. I literally had to laugh out loud. Not sure what all changed with the quality of food and service but seems it is much different than what it used to be. Very disappointed and probably...
Read moreWell, I liked it, but my wife was not impressed. Last night was date night again and my turn to choose. I saw where a friend of ours had a retirement party here, so I decided to give it a go! (We ran into them there, so he really liked it. He also suggested the meatballs, but we had already ordered. We sat outside on the patio dining area and they may have been one of the reasons my wife was not impressed. Lots of flies as soon as our food arrived. We got the cheese curds, she had cheese pizza & I had shrimp w/grits. My shrimp with grits was very good, but the serving size and the price didn't match up. The cheese pizza was ok. My wife didn't think it very authentic tasting, or Italian tasting? She knows her pizza! The cheese curds were very good, served hot...the ranch dressing portion was small.
Joined some friends for a date night combo...we had a $50 gift card and only spent half of it, so we'll be back. I got the Greek salad & my wife got the child's burger with sweet potato fries. Server was awesome...Shaina.
I may swing by and pick up a spinach & artichoke pizza to-go sometime in the future...I think this is a brewery & since we don't drink beer,....
My wife was jonesing for a cheeseburger from Tennfold. I got the Hatch Cheesesteak. Both are top notch, along with the service by Lauren!
Dang it! I got the Greek salad not realizing I got that the last time. Was kinda dry, and tomatoes were not ripe? This is the season...I'll go for something different next time...if I...
