The food in this location is good. However I can no longer go to this location as the person handed me my food at the window has open sores all over their arms and their face as they are scratching them. Then barehanded they take the cup dip it into the overall ice bin to fix my drink after they have had their hand scratching their sores grabbing my cup and then into the ice. This is disgusting and purely unacceptable. This person does not need to be working in any food industry anywhere. And as long as that person continues to work there I can no longer justify eating their food. If they allow this to be the presentation of their food that sees the public, what are they doing behind the scenes? It's a shame because I do like their food and I think they are polite. And they have great banana pudding. But if this is the kind of person that they allowed to be in contact with your food I can no longer support...
Read moreThis place provides the perfect business model for how to run a restaurant! Great, hardworking, friendly employees and cooked to order, homemade food! They have some really fun music playing, multiple sports tv’s, a full fledged bar with on tap craft beer selections and liquor, and cool art on the walls. The rotisserie chicken is moist and perfectly seasoned. It can be ordered by the 1/2 or 1/4 chicken on the bone with one or two sides as a plate. Thanks to the employees, management and owner for providing such a rewarding dining experience and delicious meal! We love the tomato and cucumber salad, and the white beans. They make their own banana pudding and it’s the best I’ve ever had! 2-4-1 draft beer all day Sunday and Tuesday. Also available at happy hour...
Read moreService was great, the staff were polite and welcoming. The food was just plain, not good. The white beans were still too firm and the onions were basically raw. The mac n cheese was way overcooked. The noodles were mush and the noodles at the top had dried out and gone hard. It didn’t have much flavor either. The chicken wasn’t very good either. I got the half, 1/4 breast and wing 1/4 thigh and leg. The coating was crispy and had good flavor, but the chicken wasn’t. It was fairly bland and tough. It was cooked too hot and fast. It was juicy but didn’t pull from the bone like it should. The bit of chicken just below the batter had been cooked so much it was drying out and going translucent. For 21$, not at all worth it. Cane’s or Hattie b’s is a...
