One star is too much for this place!! #count your change!!# First off i had to wait 15 minutes to get my order.. Then when i finally get to the window i make sure i wasnt charged for baconator fries with my combo.. The lady in the drivethru looks at me like im crazy and rudely says.. "I know".. So i then ask for a dollar for some quarters.. And she rudely looks at me again and says.. "I cant open the register".. So im like ok.. And i pull off.. But this is just the beginning.. As i should have suspected something. . so anyway i get to my house thats 6 mins away...check my pockets.. check the receipt. . and yes!! I was shorted 5 bucks!! So at this point im pissed.. So i drive 6 mins back to the location, pull in the drivethru.. Wait another 15 mins in line.. Finally get to the window and i ask the same lady in drivethru.. " can i speak to your manager" she says.. "Im the manager".. So instantly im thinking.. great.. Here we go.. So i firmly explain to her that she shorted me 5 bucks.. I show my receipt. . and she rudely says.. "Well i have to re count the drawer so youre gonna have to pull back around while i count".. Now mind u.. I have. Five 20$ in my pocket.. So i have no need to lie about 5 bucks.. Its really just principle. So i say "ok" ill pull back around... But before i do i ask her if she can remake my order since i had to come all the way back.. And it was their mistake.. So, she again rudely refuses to remake my order... Saying " theres nothing wrong with the food" "i cant remake it".. So anyway..i pull back around and she sits there "pretending" like she is counting the drawer.. comes back to the window..Again looking at me the whole time.. Like im lying about 5 measely bucks.. And says.. "My drawer isnt short so you will have to come back tomorrow and talk to the GM" so at this point im really pissed i get my money back and i give her the food back.. But im still short 5 bucks.. And i am damn!! sure going back and talking to the General Manager.. Not because i need $5 bucks.. Its the principle.. She probly does this kinda thing all the time..but some might not catch it... So im taking a stand.. Watch out for a heavy set dark skin lady in the drive thru at the Metro Center location!! COUNT...
Read moreI feel like 1 star is too many. I've been sick for 2 weeks since me and my boyfriend ate here. I know it was from this place because as soon as we got home we were both fighting for the bathroom. My boyfriend luckily got better in a couple days but I haven't seemed to get better yet maybe because I had his chicken nuggets plus mine and he only had the burger. After telling my neighbor what happened she said the same thing happened to her. She had got food poisioned from here which caused something in her stomach to bust and she had to have a blood transfusion. That was crazy!!!! But she did confirm the food poisioning cant blame anything else on them except it all started from food poisoning from this place. I've been having constant diarrhea and throwing up since I ate here 2 weeks ago. I also told my coworker about going to eat here and getting sick, come to find out her daughter and her son both said their fries were soggy and old not cooked good. She told me they wont be back. I asked did they order a 4 for 4 like we did she said no they got this on a COMBO. So a combo meal people pay $6 or more for.... they get soggy fries. Someone that works here definitely doesn't care about their job or if food is cooked properly. A few people I've spoke with in my area have ate here and all say they WILL NOT be returning. All have been sick from this location. I would also like to add this is the second time I have been sick from this place atleast the first time I got over it in a couple days. NEVER AGAIN!!! I also dont believe in these stupid Google reviews but I feel like people should be saved before going here. I use to feel like these reviews are for people that complain too much. I hope this gets across to someone before they make the decision to eat here!!!! I will be reporting...
Read moreHorrible, nasty place. Syrup had dripped on all the cups, the heavily staffed restaurant did not care however. Coincidentally, heavily staffed does not equal "working". I waited a long time to place my order despite the fact that therewas no line. I ordered a #2 AND ALSO a large fry, small fry, and large drink. I repeated the order 3 times, each time trying to help the cashier understand that no, I did not want two #2 combos. I wanted a #2 combo with the fries and drink that come with it, AND ALSO ANOTHER (notice the key words) large fry AND ALSO a small fry AND ALSO a large drink. I did not receive my fry orders so I wENT back to the counter, still being amiabe and polite. They demanded to see my receipt, then proceeded to ask me what was missing. Seriously? I had to wait Alford more fries to be made, and then had to pay again for the missing fries. So I went back to my now-cold food in my bag (I had stated I was eating inside) with my dirty cups (while my children complained they had dirty, sticky cups) and raced to finish dinner in the short time we had left as I beat away the fruit fliy attacking my food. Perhaps the fly had ordered the syrup and didn't get it. Bwahaha! Don't ever eat here. We are in this area twice a week and usually dine out. Never gonna...
