Wendy's — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Came into grab lunch. Omg! The staff was Amazon! The lady who took my order with purple in her hair was super nice. Very sweet. There was also a older lady with grey hair and a visor hat on. She's got an amazing personality! Very nice with the guest. The foodwas damn damn good! Honestly hands down the best experience Ive had at any Wendy's in a long time. Definitely wayyyyyy better than the one on Dickerson Pike by my place. I only gave the atmosphere a 1 star because yall need to fix the air in this place. It was hot. It's bad enough these people in here working hard and already hot and this place don't have air. Ya'll (Wendy's) need to take care of that air. Your employees are amazing and working hard for you. Review of the drive through only since I can't imagine going in at this location. But first if you for some reason need a food recommendation for one of the largest chains in the country get The Spicy chicken. It's easy a top 5 sandwich among all fast food joints (#1 among places without chicken in the name) The salads are not bad either especially since a half will probably satiate most folks. But The drive through. It's slow terrible slow. Expect at least 4 to 6 minutes per car in front of you. Also it's cramped so be careful when leaving the window as parking lot traffic has right of way, or think they do, and will come at you on your blind side. Otherwise they usually get orders right and are polite so if you are craving a square Burger or a good chicken sandwich and have a half hour to spare around noon then...

The cashier at this location literally worked hard ignoring myself and other customers in line. She never acknowledged us, and obviously made it blatantly clear she was not going to serve us. The lady working the drive thru walked over to change the receipt printer paper, and was kind enough to do her job and take my order and the others standing in line. The worse part about it was another employee was watching the first employee ignore us and she didn't bother to acknowledge us or to tell her coworker to take our order. This was just the wildest worse service I've had, corporate or the owner should definitely do a pop-up as a plain customer and see what type of service they receive. Luckily, I have other options of places to go should I forget to bring my lunch...
