So this location has went downhill. Last month I ordered a taco salad and they left off my chili. I called up there with the intention of grabbing it the next day since it was not worth my time to get back in that god awful line. Well… I never made it. So today I ordered meals for quite a bit of ppl so I can see maybe messing up the order. But here we go… as I’m about to drive off I realized the pecan salad was missing. So I waved at the person in the drive thru. I was told they were out. ( Remember I already paid) I guess they just thought Eh. I was like ok so what do you have? I ended up with the avocado salad. ( I was over it at this time since 2 toddlers were not happy with the long wait already) I get to my destination which is not that close. We started passing out the food and realized the spicy nuggets combo was missing. Any other time I would had said forget it I’m not driving back. Well. It was for a starving teenager so I go all the way back. (20mins later… look I have to get back in line) I finally got to the window. As I’m about to leave I glance in the bag and guess what??? Read moreI ordered my food vía a mobile app several minutes before I arrived to pick up my order. When I arrived the dining room doors were locked. So, I went to the drive thru to pick up. At that point, I was told that the entire system was down and no transactions could occur. I didn't know if this occurred before I ordered from home or after. So, I asked and was told the order would be cancelled once the system was back up. The time when ops would begin again was unknown. I decided to wait in case it was just a brief "blip". Meanwhile, several cars came to the drive thru and then left. After a time, an employee, JA, came out to confirm that I was the one that placed the mobile order. I told him that I was. A short time later, JA exited the back entrance again with my order! EXCELLENT customer service, JA! I was happy to get my order but disappointed when I realized that my bacon was burnt, my pickles and mustard were missing and my Frosty looked orange but had no "Dreamsicle" flavoring beyond the first bite and hardly then. Read moreLocation number 1044, receipt number 10045 on 7/28. There are few times that I would want a negative number to rate, but this was one of them. The people working were to busy cackling with each other like middle school kids to even notice we were at the front counter. After having multiple people walk past someone finally told the girl working the front counter she had customers. Finally after 5 minutes in an empty restraunt she started taking our order, but she had to stop and go to the back to talk to her friends more. Was about to just walk out when she came back to finish the order. We had to ask for a wet cloth to clean the dirty tables. When we finally got it the fries and chicken tenders were cold. Also one of the 4 piece tenders only had 3 in the box. The tenders were also very dark, a sign that the fryer oil was old and getting dirty. There was trash overflowing in the bathroom.
