DO NOT FORGET TO ORDER SOMETHING before you pull up to the window. I visited this Wendy's at qpprox. 10PM on a Tuesday night. ONLY the drive thru is open at this hour which is fine. The person asked me to hold a moment after I approached the menu, but didn't take too long. After I placed my order & pulled up to the SECOND window, as there wasn't anyone at the first one to take your money, I asked the lady at the window if I could add a small order of fries 🍟 to my order. She "politely" turned her head and said, NO, we can't take orders at the window, as she got my change for my purchase. I looked in my rear view window and there was ONE car behind me and NO ONE at the menu placing an order. I asked do you mean I have to drive BACK around, and she said, YEP! So I said thank you and received my chili, and Drove back AROUND the restaurant. When I pulled back up their was one car giving their order,, but within 2 minutes I was pulling up again. The same lady came on the intercom and I asked for one order of fries. She asked if that would be all. I said yes and pulled back around. When I got to the window to pay her again. I asked if she was the manager. She said yep! I POLITELY asked her name, she said her name and stated quite rudely its at the bottom of the receipt as she all but threw my receipt to me and closed the window.. I was about to ask for ketchup. I first looked in the bag to see if there was any in the bag,, when I noticed there was not, I staued at the window. She looked directly at me, and NEVER opened the window again.. another car pulled up after ordering behind me,, as she looked at me while taking the order but still refused to ask if i needed anything else.. she spoke about me to another employee in the store as I could clearly hear her, but never came back to the window. After I didnt move my vehicle, a nice young man, possibly from the kitchen came to the window and opened it. I said, "MAY I have some honey mustard sauce". He looked bewildered, smiled and said yes ma'am and handed me the sauce. I said thank you and drove away. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I'm only sharing this review because this Wendy's has gone downhill and the customer service is horrible. If you have a choice to patronize another fast food in that area do so, because that manager was demeaning, rude, nasty and crass...
Read moreWe ABSOLUTELY love the Nashville Predators and when they score more than 4 goals, (each person) should be able to get a frosty. My mother brought my 3 nephews and 1 niece to get Predators Frosties after school today.
The children were extremely excited and LOVE our team, but the children and my mother were shocked, because the manager initially refused to give them frosties and accused my mother of not really have 5 people in the car. When my mother reminded him of the Preds Partnership, the manager still tried to say, "It is only one frosty per car." He eventually conceded. The manager even went to the check-out window and said, "I just had to make sure there are really 5 of you..."
The reason I had to comment is because the way they were treated is wrong and the very opposite of what our Nashville hockey team is about in our community. Please do better, be better, live better next time.
Each customer should be treated with great customer service, especially by a manager, and that did not happen today because of fear and a stingy way of thinking on this manager's part....
Read moreVery disappointing I was there to pick up a delivery order I waited at the front counter for at least 30 minutes before a manager was getting off work taking the till the front register as she was walking by she says I'm not getting this customer I'm getting ready to leave took the tail out of the register went to the back room came out asked me if I had a mobile order proceeded to the drive-thru cashier to tell them waited another 20 minutes on top of that then I had to ask again if anybody was working on the order another driver came in by this time the manager had left so I was talking to the other driver and clerk rudly asked something aren't you done with your order so I said seeing that items was forgotten I was checking the order he then asked other driver to go to the drive-thru as there was no front register that driver said that he could not because his truck would not fit under the drive-thru so he had to open the till I was going to order a meal for my self but after waiting all this time for a delivery order and rudeness I decided to go...
