WingBasket — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I ordered a 30 piece wing fried crisp and a large fries, cost me 32$. Got home and the skin on my wings were goey, called back and talked to manager. The lady told me to bring them back and they’ll replace them, I told her they were in the oven, and I wasn’t coming back tonight in the rain, already went out my way to get there. I told her If I come back I want my money back, she said ok. I get there with chicken, she says she needs my receipt, I didn’t think about that being so upset after work and this is what I get. I show her where the bank had deducted the money, you have your chicken, and you have your copy. That wasn’t good enough, I suddenly remembered I throw all my receipts in the passenger seat , went and found it. Got my money back.have had a couple of more bad orders from this one. We were regulars, not anymore, me, my family, and extended family won’t be going there again and anybody Else I know if I can get to them first 👎🏽

I’m sorry you feel like my issue was resolved, yes I got my money back but not without a fight and burning up extra gas in the rain, not sir what you were told but the meat was also not done, and it didn’t sit cause it wasn’t ready when I got there, this isn’t my first time buying from you. Went there last night for the first time and boy was I DISAPPOINTED! 1st of all you have to greet customers. I walked in to place an order and the employee just stared at me and said nothing. After about 2 minutes of being stared at I asked if he was ready to take my order, He just kind of nodded. I placed my order of 12 wings and a regular fry. I stepped over to Kroger to grab some drinks while my order was cooked. When I come to get my order I saw there was no ranch with it. I ask for a side of ranch and was told it was $0.89. The employee told me that ranch or blue cheese comes with combo meals, but that you have to pay when you order only wings. THIS MAKES ZERO SENSE! That is like McDonald’s charging for dipping sauces when you order nuggets only. I have been to dozens of wing places and if I am ordering wings I get ranch whether I order a combo or not. I would understand a limit of ranch based on the amount of wings, but to charge for it is bad business. The food was terrible! Hard wings that are greasy and fries that were cold. This will be my first and last time coming to Wing Basket. I have tasted better wings from the frozen section at the grocery store. Wing Stop is way better and blows y’all’s excuse for wings out...

Today I ordered the 10 Piece Classic Hot wing basket on DoorDash. When the order was delivered, it was all flats. I called the store to ask if it was a supply issue, but was told that "the cook is in a mood".

After being assured that "in a mood" did not mean "food safety issue" (all while hearing the cook slamming pots and pans around in the background), I attempted to eat the wings, only to find out that they were tossed in Son of TNT rather than Classic Hot, which is considerably spicier.

As the spices from the wings touched my lips and tongue, I could feel the rage the cook was unleashing onto this establishment and its food, like some sort of Enchantment of Infernal Seasoning. I immediately was filled with a sensation that I can only describe as transcendental - I was, in that moment, fully enlightened.

7 years ago I gave this spot a 1 star rating due to poor customer service. Since that time, it seems that the customer service has gotten even worse to the point that it's comical. Truly everything is a horseshoe.
