If I could give 0 stars I would. Here lately, they’ve been very unprofessional and disrespectful. I ordered my “Emergency” pizza along with a few other things at 5:30p, tracked it up until it said it was suppose to be delivered, yet no delivery. I called around 6:30p, asking why does my order say delivered, yet I haven’t received it. I was put on hold for 5 minutes before being told the driver had other orders and should be here in 10min. I explained my pizza will not be hot and fresh by that time, he said there’s nothing we can do, he should be there in 10min. After about 12min. passed and still no delivery, I called back and let them know I still had no delivery, he then places me on hold for 6min., returns and says the guy couldn’t find me, there was no apartment number listed, I stated I put an apartment number as I’ve always and only ordered from this location and it’s never been a problem until today. I said why wouldn’t he call, he states there is an old number listed, however, I changed the number as I was getting updated texts on the delivery, I was message on the number I provided that William was on the way and has delivered it also. He’s like well he couldn’t find you and was on the way back to the store, places me on hold again then comes back and says I gave him the information he’s on the way by this time I’m heated. I decided to leave and go get food elsewhere because by this time it’s been like an hour and a half. As I’m waking out the door WILLIAM IS WALKING UP, poor guy, he’s an old man. I told him I know it’s not your fault but I don’t want the order anymore, thanks but no thanks. I then received a call from DOMINOS ABOUT 30min later, a woman is clearly upset that I decided I no longer wanted the order and proceeded to argue with me, she said “so you just decided you didn’t want it anymore” I said no because it had been almost 2 hours (she cuts me off yelling) I said I wasn’t going to go back and forth with her and asked if she was the manager, she said yes. 8:30pm Order was never delivered. We're the only tennis club in the area, literally right down the street from Dominos. Over 60 bright floodlights that light up the entire area. I did put that we're on court 1, and we moved a few courts down. That said, we were the only two courts with people playing so it shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out where the pizzas go? I call & as when they'll arrive. I'm told the delivery driver came but there was no one there. I tell them we're the only ones here, with over 60 floodlights lighting up the courts. It can't be that difficult to find us?
9:30 pm: Still no delivery & we're the only ones on the courts!
9:45 pm Came to pick up order myself and stood outside the locked door for 10 minutes while the employees inside ignored my presence. Was finally let in & was told the delivery driver was out with my pizzas & they could remake them. This lady was nice.
10pm Sitting inside writing this review waiting for my two pizzas.
Summary I'd advise not going to this location. The food is really good & the lady inside who remade my pizzas was nice, but you'll have to deal with incompetence if you want Delivery. If you go for takeout, you'll stand outside the glass door while the employees inside ignore you until they feel it's convenient to let you in. Read moreExtremely disappointing experience. My order was not delivered on time, and when it finally arrived, two boxes of pizza were missing. I informed the delivery driver, Karl, who said he would return to the store to retrieve the missing items.
However, instead of notifying me when he returned, he sat in the driveway eating in his car without calling or texting me. I only realized he was there when I happened to check outside. When I approached him, he claimed he had tried to call me “several times” — I did not receive a single call or text.
To make matters worse, he said he wasn’t supposed to come in and had left the pizzas at the information desk without notifying me. This is not just poor communication — it’s unacceptable customer service.
When I called the store to express my frustration, I was brushed off with a half-hearted “Sorry, we’re busy.” No offer to make it right, no compensation, just an excuse.
