Subway — Restaurant in Nassau Bay

I used the online ordering system to buy a footlong meal from the Nassau Bay Texas location on Monday February 20th 2023 at around 1:50pm. I have never had such an awful and rude customer service encounter. I made an online order as stated above and when I picked up the order the chips I wanted were not available. I asked the woman working if there were some in the back. She replied no, just no. I asked her if I could have a cookie instead since I don’t like any of the chips available. She said no. I asked why if I ordered the meal. She said because I ordered chips. She was short, rude and unapologetic. I tipped this woman 2$ on my online order, learned my lesson. Went back to work and noticed she also did not put the cheese on my sandwich. There are so many restaurants near NASA, you think you would treat your patrons better. Wish I could give a minus grade. They have been giving me a smaller size 6" sub every time...I've complained twice to the the lady that's always there. I compared it to my friend's and his was like 2" bigger!!!! Not wanting to make a scene, I let it be. But today, same.....all the dudes get larger portions, and mine looks like a kid's portion sub!? However, today, I had to walk off because there were at least 5 gnats just flying all over the veggies and several were having a love fest on my sandwich! I told them several times "there are bugs on my sandwich!" They acted like they were offended. I've put in a complain with Corporate. I don't want free food, or coupons or whatever. I just wante them to admit that they give smaller portions to women, and to clean...

Placed an online order and though they got most of the toppings right I asked for light jalepenos and they piled them on like 3 per bite, the bread was so lightly toasted on both sanwitches they mine as well not wasted there time and the sanwitchs ended up soggy. Now the part that really bothered me is I paid for double meet and extra cheese on a steak and cheese and they didnt give me either there was not even enough meet as a standard sandwich, also my wife asked for extra cheese and they didnt do that either. Dont waste your time ordering online you have to go in and watch in order to get what you pay for. Sad but taco bell could at least get our online order right...
