Pulled into the drive thru, waited for awhile before they ever answered. We had long enough to check online if they were closed and still waited for them to answer. There was only one other car in the lot and it was already pulled up waiting on food past the drive thru window. Finally got on the speaker with a “what do you want”. No hello. No welcome. No nothing. We had to ask 3 times what came on a sandwhich that we wanted. Finally got that. Then ordered a chili and of course. They didn’t have chili at all. Also ordered a small fry. Finish ordering after having to repeat EVERY SINGLE THING WE WANTED MULTIPLE TIMES. Finally we drive up to the window and of course the cashier has a headphone in, obvious reason why he couldn’t hear us to take an order. Didn’t even greet us. Just said the total that we owed. We pay for our food. Then notice they didn’t even ring up the small fry. They hand out our burgers pretty quick. We ask about the small fry so he just turns around a grabs a small fry and gave it to us. So we get home. Literally live less than 5 minutes away. The burgers were cold, the patties weren’t ever even hot enough to melt the cheese so I know they were old patties to begin with. The bacon was so crunchy and gross it literally just crumbled. And the fries. The fries were probably the worst fries I’ve ever had from Wendy’s. Poor food and even worst service. Didn’t even go back because I knew it would be even worse service than we received...
Read moreOne of the worst experiences at any reastraunt I’ve ever ate at. I went through the drive through and ordered our food and pulled to the window to pay. The person told us a completely different total than the person at the window so I had $11 in ones. She tells me my total is $9.73. She then grabs my money and I told her that it was $11 as she supposedly puts it in the register. She tried to only hand me .27 cents . I told her that I gave her $11 dollars and she continuously argued with me that it was only $10 . She realises that I’m not going anywhere without my money so she grabs my dollar off the counter BY the register not IN the register and hands it back . I look at my girlfriend and said I can’t believe she just tried to do that. I will never return or dine at any Wendy’s reastraunts ever again because of this. Just the fact that this woman tried to do this to the customers that are the reason that she has a job and the people that pay for her pay checks . It ridiculous . I’m not sure if the name on the receipt is the right person but it says Isabel. To any future customers watch out for Isabel or better yet avoid this place...

I was asked to move forward to wait. The Wendy’s employees came out within a minute, so I asked “Is it fresh” The employee said “Yes”. I should’ve known better and gotten my money back right there and then. When I got home, the chicken was lukewarm at best. The chicken looked hard and dry, as it had been sitting there for a long time. I called the number online, no answer. I drove back to Wendy's to get my money back. The manager at the front counter and the employees weren't surprised to see me as they knew that I requested for it to be fresh. When I was giving my money back, the amount was short a dollar. I requested the dollar back, and the young lady proceeded to open and close the register forcefully, which was pretty loud over what was rightfully mine.
