Natchez Midtown Grill — Restaurant in Natchez

Very bad service. Called in an order prior to making it to the building. Made it paid for the food and was asked to wait. After 15 mins of being there I asked for refund was denied my money back and hung my food despite refusing to take it. Officers were called to resolve issue and the manager only express they do not do refunds. A order had been placed previously from my number so they did not wnat to make any food until I paid for it. No clue or care about the number being used in the past. This is still no way to conduct business. Will not be going...

I would say 4 stars here. Their food was great and the people seem very nice. That being said it wasn't the image of clean or dirty just a kitchen that smells great! The food is a little pricey but some of it you do get large portions, others not so much. We will definitely be going back here. It's a great hidden place. One of those you gotta visit on your way into town. It does get a bit warm waiting outside though. I wish they had a fan...

My son and I drive to Natchez all the time. A few weeks ago we stopped in at the Natchez Grill and we were sadly disappointed. The food was not really good. My son ordered the shrimp po-boy and I order the shrimp salad. The bread on the po-boy was so doughy and the shrimp on both the salad and the po-boy were breaded, which is gross, and they were super small.
