I mean, it's Whack Arnold's. You get what you pay for 😂😂😂 I only get the deluxe breakfast and ice cream every now and then. I've never had a problem with service and they've never messed up my order, the drive thru employees are always kind and greet me with a, "good morning". They use to accept EBT but they stopped accepting it months ago, I don't know why they would do that (especially with the Covid pandemic going on and people falling on hard times) shame on you McDonald's for not participating in the Restaurant Meals Program in a time of need!
Update: I got a M&M McFlurry on 1/21/22 @8pm and they didn't even mix it up with the machine, they threw a bunch of scoops of M&Ms on top of the ice cream and they were about to give it to me like that when the young girl at the drive thru window starts grabbing the spoon and churning my McFlurry as she was looking down at the cup then at me looking at her doing it. I didn't understand why she was churning my McFlurry by hand until I got home and saw all the M&Ms on top of the cup smh. Since then the ice cream machine has been broken to this day 2/7/22, I asked the guy when it's gonna be fixed he said they're gonna replace the machine with a new one cause that one was just fixed and it broke down again. He said it won't be replaced for another 2 more weeks smh I don't understand how Jack in the Box, Carl's Jr. Burger King, Sonics, Chic-fil-a, In-N-Out all serve ice cream from machines but have you ever heard any one of those restaurants say they don't have ice cream cause their machines are down/broken??? Nope! McDs (who's machines never broke down when I was growing up going there as a child in the 90's-00') are just frequently breaking down now??? Makes no sense at all, I hope those machines come with a lifetime warranty cause damn McDs must spend a ton of money fixing them up smh.
Update 7/17/22 Still no ice cream at all, you suck huge ⚽️🏀 Ronald! 🤡 Smh lol
Update: They finally have ice cream now, the only thing is sometimes the 1st cone after a while of no cones being made can come out soft/runny instead of firm holding its shape. They have to dump that ice cream back into the top of the machine and make the cone again so the ice cream comes out firm.
Update: 1/9/25 McDs accepts EBT again, the ice cream machine works for the majority of the days, I found out why it breaks down frequently. The ice cream machine starts to act up when they serve too many shakes, apparently serving vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream all from one machine over works the old machine and it starts to act up and make loud noises. Apparently that store is the only one with old appliances because the other stores have updated their machines to new ones. Corporate needs to hook this store up with new machines...
P.S. the morning crew is super stingy with condiments and will try to charge you for an extra condiment. Sometimes you'll get an awesome employee who will give you extra condiments but the main employees act like it gets taken out of their paychecks if they just hand it to you smh... The night crew is awesome af! They're the best crew of awesome people, very humble and not stingy at all (being very polite to them helps) Andres does a great job managing the store dealing with vagrants loitering in the dining room. Remember it doesn't take much to be polite to employees, they're the people making/handling your food. I won’t stop coming here but this McDonalds seriously needs to get its crap together. I’m only going to speak about my last 2 visits here, my star ratings is a reflection of all of my visits in the last year. Let’s start with the most recent one, today not but 7 minutes ago. My wife ran in to get a DoorDash order and the lady at the front was rude and as far as I’m concerned disrespectful, she cut my wife off while she was speaking, gave her a tone as if she didn’t want to deal with her, and then tossed her hands up and cut my lady off AGAIN and said “Yeah you’re going to have to wait” as she shooed her away with attitude. Even the manager on duty (some guy) [apologies for not getting names, gave time so it could be figured out who it was on your end to deal with internally, if you do at all] apologized to my wife and told her that that never should’ve happened. Here’s the kicker. The food was sitting there the entire time, the lady just needed to slow down and listen, then look, then say something/do something. Time was around 1:27pm on 09/06/2025
The visit before the most recent. Also a Door Dash and they just give out orders to whoever apparently! I’ve come here a few times and this happens, go in to get order and they said someone else has it or my personal favorite “we don’t have an order for that and we won’t make it either”. Not sure what the heck’s going on there but it’s being made aware of now by me.
Just some extras I’d like to throw in. Never listen! I ask for straw, napkins, and a specific sauce like hot mustard. Why do I get no straw, 1 napkin, and a ranch?! Fries are cold almost EVERY time because the fries are left on the counter and get cold before they go hand to customers. So it’s a waste of food and money for my wife and I when we eat here. I’ve watched them place mobile orders for curbside pickup on the counter and walk away from them, 15-30 mins later I have to say something and they pick that bag up!!!
I’ve worked in plenty food and hospitality places and even fast food, and one common thing is that you always focus on food in the window/counter first.
