Roberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in National City

So I stopped late at night on a Tuesday around 2am. I purchased an order of: California burrito 1 carne asada taco 1 bean and cheese burrito. Jamaica large drink.

California burrito and asada taco were so delicious. My California burrito was missing guacamole, It's not ok to exclude guacamole from Mexican food, Come on. Next time I'll know to request it. Not too much and just enough. Something I've had an issue with at other places. Mostly on the lack of tenderness. But no, this place was great.

The beans and cheese burrito was also a 9/10. Not a perfect 10 because only my homemade bean and cheese burritos are 10/10. So 9/10 says a lot.

Next time I'll most likely get another bean and cheese burrito. I'm looking forward to my favorite.....Carne asada fries. Of course i gotta try their rolled tacos. And I'll see what else catches my attention from the menu.

The dude that works there at night was super friendly and so nice I tipped him I think $14. He's there all by himself so be patient. He's quick though so make sure you tip the brother something good. After all. He's up all night satisfying our late...

this business hired terrible employees. first they forgot to make my California burrito without pico for about 30 minutes. I told the cook and the lady who took my order that I was going to be out at the back tables. they both said ok and after 39 minutes I had to go inside to see what was taking so long and they told me they were about to make it now and they were sorry about that. I said cool ok. I forgot to mention that while I was waiting for the 30 minutes out back the cashier lady came out back to throw trash away and walked right past me into the store and then they still forgot about me. so I went back to the bank and they finally brought my burrito to me like 10 minutes later and I go home and I open it up and it's the exact opposite of what I ordered into the California burrito with no cheese and extra sour cream and that's it. I was served one of the worst burritos ever made in the entire world. a little about me, I'm white. I'm sure this might have something to do with it cuz if it doesn't these people really suck...

The Play smells like Ransom food and cleaning products that smelled stale the one person that worked there he was extremely rude he wouldn't let me order he kept screaming that the menu was in front of me when I was trying to order over and over I tried to order a bean and egg burrito with no cheese and he just kept talking over me telling me that the menu was in front of me which was weird he was angry when he had to come open the door I was the only customer he was angry the entire time he didn't want me to finish reading the menu he kept trying to rush me as if there was other people waiting to be served it was the worst Taco shop experience of my life avoid this place at all costs I'm pretty sure salmonella and tell me poisoning or ramp it here he also didn't wash his hands he was dealing with the food with his bare hands and dirty fingernails this is an FDA nightmare Taco shop with a bad attitude. I'm so taken aback that I won't even bother to use punctuation or proper sentence...
