Valerio's Finest Bake Shop — Restaurant in National City

Referring to Valerio Bakeshop by Tita’s Kitchenette, not sure yet with this Finest one, but we will try to peep in also behind that door wall. Make sure you are using tong in bagging pandesal because we saw you wearing the dirty gloves touching bills and coins and then picking up the pandesal behind the door wall. You are protecting yourself by wearing gloves but putting your customers in contracting the covid and other diseases using the same gloves or not using tong. Hoping sanitary inspectors will not catch you. Right then a lot of us are baking pandesal now. I have added a video of the Cheese bread my mother bought a few days ago. That cheesebread "baked" a few days ago was OBVIOUSLY underbaked. That shouldn't be happening. This place does not get the recognition it deserves. Been here a couple times now and everything I've gotten is leagues fresher and more delicious than any other Filipino bakery I've gone to. Also be mindful of thin lining paper at the bottom of some rolls. I got through half of a bun and didnt notice it at the bottom....
