I would give the food 5 's I would give the location and cleanliness 5's But I didn't because they messed up my order, I said no big deal I'll keep the food since I paid for it already, but I'd like to have what I ordered. They said they would be right with me. I sat down we ate what we ordered and left the excess of what we didn't originally order until we spoke to someone to show we didn't order it, but paid for it. A lady came to talk to us at our table and asked to see our receipt. It showed the extra purchase which we hadn't eaten yet and what was still missing. She asked if we'd opened the extra item, we said we had not. She asked if we wanted the side item, I said yes. She said ok and walked away. After all the kids finished eating...I went up to the counter to ask how much longer it would be for the sides? She said if you want them you need to pay for them. I explained we had been waiting on her to get back with us WITH our side and hadn't heard from her. She said oh I should have explained better, I'm sorry and walked away. I'm giving them a 3* review because of how they handled customer service. If you messed up my order I'd like to have what I ordered. Not have to pay extra for something we didn't order. Also, what would you have done with the extra item...feed it to someone else or throw it away? The lady that calls out the names needs to also be a bit more cheerful and not...

Top Reasons to Visit: Amazing Taste (burgerdilla), Simple Menu, Prompt Service (sometimes location is so popular timely service may not be possible)

Food is amazing - "Burgerdilla" (which is a burger in a quesadilla) is a fantastic food innovation - perfect textures, sweet and savory in a solid package. Definitely would order again. Chicken Salad Sandwich on croissant was a classic and fresh summer delight.

Menu - As mentioned the restaurant setup is simple and spot on. Chips and drinks out front for patrons to grab and include in their order. I also saw freezer meals that can be purchased, grab-n-go style. If you have a large family gathering and need some catering support - maybe give them a call.

Prompt Service - This is hot spot in town and so during peak hours it is packed. The owner and her staff work incredibly hard to make the experience great and even in the crazy, it is good.

Our group of 8 enjoyed the visit and would do it again in a heartbeat. As this is a new spot - 2019, I think?, I hope to visit this next time we make it down to Nauvoo. I sincerely appreciate how they are trying to make this work. Kudos to the owner...

I didn’t expect much out of their food as it’s one of 3 options to eat around town but boy was I happily disappointed in my general assumptions. Each of us got something different. I got the chipotle burger- and it was so delicious! We went back and got it to go a couple hours later so we could have it for dinner as well. The flavors were great and the food good quality. They had delicious ice cream bricks as well. It was difficult to try everything in the short amount of time we had before they closed. Would recommend to anyone who is wanting to eat out and would like burger sandwich types. *edit: I went back and their food is just as good!
