1 star if that! Everyone is super nice. BUT, it took a week just for them to put in the order. I only received a confirmation of order, no tracking number, no communication with me regarding sending it to me. They took my payment right away, but after almost a week, I sent them an email asking if my order was on the way, I hadn't heard anything. No answer. I then called and left a message for their online ordering person. No response. After 24 hours more of waiting, I called again. I guess since they are a small company with limited workers, my order was overlooked and was finally "processed" a week after I placed the order! I was trying to support the small business, I thought that I would be happy to support them, but if I don't get the same response as I would a large company or help finding out what happened to my order, I would rather not use a small company. I will think twice about ordering from here again. NO EXCUSES about being a small company please, just get it done and make it right!!!! But they were so quick at taking my credit...

We were visiting from out of town. My son was having a sad day. We stopped in to pick up a Nauvoo Star, and some other mementos of our trip to Historic Nauvoo. The owner noticed my son's melancholy demeanor and pulled us aside and helped brighten his day. Great customer service. It's always a must see stop on our trips to Navuoo. This place is so nice. The folks that work there were very kind and service oriented. The variety of products they sell is awesome and the prices are reasonable.
