I highly recommend Indigo52. I am a nursing mother whose baby has a milk, soy and egg protein intolerance. This has been the first time since I started my modified diet that Iāve been able to enjoy an amazing meal at a restaurant. I am so thankful that they are super aware of food allergies and can accommodate so many different diets. My husband was skeptical because he has no dietary restrictions and thought it would be mediocre but he was very impressed! We had a brunch reservation and enjoyed the food so much we made a reservation for later and came back for dinner. We loved everything we ordered (stuffed French toast, bacon, poached egg, pumpkin mac n ācheese,ā autumn salad with chicken, cauliflower wings, sweet potato fries, truffle fries, and zebra cake)! The owner and chef were awesome. Just an overall great experience. Thank you!
To address some of the things I see in the negative reviews: Yes, you need a reservation. The food is made to order. It takes only a little extra time to prepare - but nothing outrageous. The price of the food is a little higher than ānormalā restaurants, but this is not a normal restaurant. What theyāre doing here in unique and, Iām sure, difficult. Itās also a labor of love. They take their time to know your allergies and make sure you can enjoy a safe dining experience.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWas excited to try the gluten free food today - but it did not work out. We traveled 30 minutes to get to this restaurant. When we got there we had a reservation but we told there were no tables available. When we came in, no one acknowledged us, and then when we asked we had to be told by a rude waitress (that was waiting 10 tables) that everybody had made the reservation at the same time. We made the reservation through Resy but apparently everyone else did at the same time. After waiting for 15 minutes, we decided to just walk out. One of the employees came out after us and said they were clearing out a table in the back that was normally observed for overflow. He was very nice and got us seated at the table. We were approached shortly afterwards by the waitress who offered to get us a drink. When she brought the drinks back we told her we were ready to order, she told us she could not take our order because she had to go in order of who came in first. 15 minutes later, she still had not come back to take our order. At this point, we put cash on the table for the coffee and walked out. I really wanted to like this restaurant because I heard the food is good but I will not be returning until the service has...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had high hopes for this gluten free and dairy free restaurant, but after waiting well over an hour for some eggs, toast, and home fries, I was sorely disappointed. The owner/server did not check in on us or update us once our order was taken and just left us waiting. It didn't help that we overheard another patron inquiring how much longer their food was going to be, only to hear the owner basically lecture them that there is a disclaimer on the menu regarding wait times and there's going to be a wait because they make everything fresh. Which doesn't ring true to me- I'm quite sure they use Udi's bread.
On top of the lengthy wait, the food was underwhelming. Everything was under seasoned. Had to ask for salt and pepper. I even left hungry because the portion sizes were small.
Usually I'm easy to please and just grateful for safe gluten free food, but this meal cost $40 (+ tip) and hours of my time. Overall, not worth the trip, or the expense. I can understand if they have staffing issues, but that should be communicated with the patrons and there should have been some efforts for service...
