Wendy's — Restaurant in Nederland

Husband and I ordered 2 meals, and a chili. Got to the windows and was told theyre out of chili. We asked if we can have a fry to sub, said theyre out even though that was in our order too. They said no frosty. They could only give us cookies to sub for all the fries. Then, we got the food. There were fries???? Got to eating, my nuggets were spicy and not regular. Then realized, they didn't give us our drinks. Go back through, they couldn't figure out our drinks. I said I got an orange coke. They gave me 2 fanta after saying that??? Waited in line the 2nd time behind one car for over 10 minutes, just to get watered down drinks. The food was ice cold, old, and the cookies had to have been a day old. ALSO when we went back to get our drinks, they said "we are only taking doordash orders right now." It was 12:15 am and they are open until 2 am. The guy at the window was embarrassed it seemed and very nice, however the manager didn't say a peep and is the reason we drove off without drinks. -10 out of 10 stars and apparently everyone else thinks the same from...

I literally just left there...This burger so dry, even the cheese is hard..Ain't No Way in Hell this was made fresh..It had to been made over an hr ago...TRASH. Update February 11th Tried It Again! Unfortunately I am giving a low rating based on professionalism. As a customer I am never disappointed in service or food quality. However, I work for a government agency and when I called the store to get their new fax number or email address in order to verify a client's employment, I was hung up on. I introduced myself and who I worked for and they immediately hung up in my face. When I called back several times no one answered my call. It was around 10:00am on 12/13/18. I am appalled at this behavior. I am just trying to verify employment. The fax number we have on file for this location no longer works and I just needed the new number. Ridiculous. Such a shame because I loved this location as a customer, but if this is how they treat professionals trying to do their jobs I will no longer be a...
