Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Neosho

We've ordered pizza from the new location twice and both times have been a major disappointment. The first time, the pizza was cold when it got delivered and the wings we ordered were so dry, enough though we got the garlic parmesan, that you had to choke them down. We figured they are new and still figuring things out so we tried it again tonight. We ordered $98 worth of pizza, wings and breadsticks along with extra ranches for 5 little boys. The pizza tasted like it had already been made and then slightly reheated with how chewy it was. All of the extra sauces, that we got charged for, were missing, and they can't even put enough effort in to actually toss the wings in sauce. I called the pizza hut just to get the extra ranches (and the missing marinaras for the cheese sticks) and the lady who answered the phone said "I'll have her bring them back to you" but never asked who/where we were or what we were missing. Next time I'll just go to Big Whiskey's if I'm going to spend so much money, at least we know the quality of food there is not only consistent but satisfactory every time, especially their wings. I would leave 0 stars if I could for their lack of customer service at this pizza hut location as the lady who answered came off as if answering the phone was out of her job description. It was not an issue with the 3rd party delivery service, as Scott, the elderly gentleman who delivered the food, had mentioned he actually had to turn around because Pizza Hut didn't give him the 2 Liter of...

very bad. had to call 3 times to fix my order. then after 6 hours of waiting I made the final call to the local store to ask why it had been so long. I was talked to my both Adam and the manger Brandon as if I was nothing but a joke. they hung up on me prompting my husband to call and see what had transpired. brandon lectured him then told him we are BANNED from ordering food from there again all because we wanted our order fixed.

I have contacted Corporate with both names and times and photos. What was supposed To have been a 30 min wait turned into 4 to 6 hours. It's not the fact they messed up the pizza. It was the fact that I was lied to and both me and my husband was spoken to so rudely.

First off, we love the day staff here... and... whoever owns this Pizza Hut needs to rethink their choice of General Manager. He is the rudest possible person to be in a leadership role. His employees are running around like crazy while we watched him yell at them from his desk in the corner to get front counter... we had already been greeted by the the lady that was also cutting pizza but he screamed at her rather than getting up to help us himself. Also he just sat there and let the phones ring as his workers did everything. They were so busy and managed to keep their smiles. We feel for the poor employees at this store having to work for that cranky person. We are only giving a 5 star review to the kind staff that always...
