If I could give them 0 stars I would. I chose to make them a regular for lunch but they've shown unprofessional behavior more than enough times for me. First thing's first whoever the guy is (Guessing it's Bob) that thinks it's okay to yell and argue with his customers needs a reality check on customer service. I get the same thing every time I order so it's confusing as to why they never seem to get my order right. I've had to contact this deli on multiple occasions because they either mess up my order or MESS UP MY ORDER! Either the manager or the owner decided to get on the phone and yell at me for the inconvience they caused and proceeded to tell me never to call them again after I had to call and complain about my order and them charging me for something they weren't suppose to charge me for. I think they take their reciepts on purpose so you don't keep any proof of your order because they can then argue and say you're basically lying. Honestly I've never had such rude customer service. Not to mention they never give you exact change back, they like to round up ;). I always tip delivery drivers and I always order simple. I can't believe the treatment I've gotten from this place. Especially when I've been a consistant customer. Also a friend of mine has gotten food poisoning behind this deli because they gave him a moldy orange juice, in which BOB proceeded to curse at him and tell him not to order from them anymore. Don't know how this place is still in business!!!! Will be contacting the FDA, BBB and USDA in regards to this establishment.
UPDATE: I don't think it's a coincidence that Bob's told one of my co-workers they will no longer deliver to our office after I left a review on how horrible their service was. Very rude establishment, our company has given this place too much money for such awful service. I hope they take this as a lesson learned instead of an insult. My career is based in customer service and this place still has a lot to learn. You would have to be a regular customer to understand the frustration behind this review. To shell out so much money to an establishment that doesn't hold any regard for their patrons is a SLAP IN THE FACE! I honestly don't understand how businesses like this stay in business. Read moreAfter completing my online order for a company that orders from this place weekly. I was charged a different total than my confirmation. When i called to question this i was given a story of a website glitch and extra charges that was never discussed, nor was i contacted. I was then hung up on. I called back and was called "Baby" and transferred to Bob the owner, where i was ridiculed and spoken to as if i was a 5 year old. I explained that the eCommerce of their site should have added "these extra charges" or at least i should have been contacted when the total was dramatically different than what was confirmed. Bob proceeded to give me a lesson on commas and his menu suggesting that it is common sense and adding totals should be easy from their. I explained that my total was in fact correct and the lines of his menu suggest a different price entirely. I asked why i was being held responsible for a glitch in his system and he continued to argue with me. He then told me he is taking down his site, i request a refund in the difference from HIS mistake and hung up on me. What happened to customer service? BOB- you are by far an arrogant person that does not have a top customers well being nor dedication in mind- TERRIBLE experience... and this company will never support your "Deli" as well as the entire business park surrounding. Customer Service...... thanks for setting a great example!
FYI- BOB! when using your Online Order form- there is nothing by way of "Additional Prices" visible for one to see that there would be additional charges! The menu you were reading me was different than your site ordering options- however thank you for trying to educate me on punctuation and...
Read moreHello Bob’s East Side Deli, I want to start out by saying this place Rocks. If anyone is looking for a great Breakfast, or Lunch you must stop here at Bob’s. Bob’s crew that work there are such awesome people they take care of their customers whether it’s the first time or not. So I put on RC Boat races at Sunset park in Las Vegas. The Boating organization is Called NAMBA we have been around for over 50 years. We came to Bob’s with a large request, we asked them if they would be willing to serve lunches for our National event we put on in September of last year 2024. Stacy said sure we came up with a menu. They knocked it out of the park. They had every lunch ready on time, they didn’t miss a lunch they even had name tags on every box. Wow it was amazing what they did. We couldn’t thank them enough. So Now it’s the first weekend in May, we went back to Bob’s East side Deli and asked them if they would be willing to help us out again on Lunches as I put on another RC Boat races at Sunset Park they said for sure. So we came up with another menu and every thing was Great. But this time they went above & Beyond they are not open on Sundays, but she had a crew come in & make are lunches on a day they are not open on.
