Hidden gem. When you walk into the business The ambience is cute and very aesthetically pleasing. The music that they play is very upbeat Upbeat. I came in on a Sunday to watch the football games. The decor is cute. I heard from the server by the name of Justin that on Fridays they do have a DJ. This is a great environment to come and hang out that’s not really known. It’s a great place to come watch the football games or just, have a nice brunch or dinner with friends and family. Justin is my favorite server. He recommended a certain hookah. It’s called the Sally special. It’s not on the menu but it’s excellent. I do recommend it. I believe they have something similar on the menu if you like something fruity little bit minty this is for you that’s called the honey dew. Our other server, Jody was the hookah barista, and she was great and checked on us in a timely manner. She brought out our hookah and asked to see if we needed coals all the time. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and they also check on you in a timely manner. My favorite item to eat on the menu are the Shawarma fries. You cannot go wrong with those with the Taziki sauce on the side. The food is extremely fresh and comes out fast. Our other server was Lisa. She was great, super friendly and always came to check on us to see if we were doing OK. This establishment is a great establishment if you want to come for a good vibe with good music and good hookah. It’s hard to find good hookah in Vegas and this is one of my favorite spots to come to. They’ve only been open for a couple of months, but this place is aesthetically pleasing plus a fun time. They also offer hookah with a pineapple bowl or an orange bowl. Also three rounds of holes are included before refill is required, which is really rare for any hookah spots and Vegas. Come check it out. You...

Here we go:

As soon as you walk in be ready to be greeted with an awful attitude, the workers just stare at you with a angry look as soon as you walk in.

The girl at the register asked to see My ID and 3 of my friends when we clearly look way older than 25 but ok we went with it.

While i was being walked to my table the server says theres a "2 Hour Limit" which ive never heard before in my life, ive been to hookah lounges all over the world, this was by far the most ironic thing ive heard in ages. "Set an alarm for 2 Hours". When she showed me to my table she points at it and walks away as if shes showing a middle school kid where their classroom is.

After sitting down the girl at the bar kept giving me and my friends a dirty look, i can tell as soon as we walked in we werent welcome from their attitudes as if they were forced to serve us.

They sat us down at a small table and the place was empty only 1 other table besides us, we asked to move this more spacious seating area that clearly only can fit max 4 people 3 people to be comfortable. The server come and tells us these seats are only for a party of 5 people and up. How can that seat 5 and up? Interesting

The hookah that i ordered came with the synthetic coals not the actual real square coals, my hookah burned out within 12 minutes, i timed it because remember we had to be out within 2 hours or gosh we wouldve been kicked out . Dont want that to happen.

Moral of the review, if you open a business and are not ready to greet people and show a positive attitude and be ready to show your hospitality close your business.

As soon as me and my boys sat down we felt very unwelcomed, and this is a place weve been wanting to go for over a week. Never again. Go spend your money somewhere where the workers dont stare at you waiting for...

My husband and I have been customers at Citrus for several years now, ever since we moved here. We’ve seen a lot of different employees and have never had a negative experience, most recently we’ve had the pleasure of Matt for service and he is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about all things hookah, food, and drinks. You never want for anything as everyone is attentive and intuitive about your needs as a customer. We’ve turned several friends onto this hookah bar/grill because we love the atmosphere. We come for the hookah, we keep coming back for the people, the atmosphere, the JAMS they play, and the chefs kiss excellent food. Whether we’re watching sports games (go knights!) or coming for a low key night with shawarma fries and hookah, we are never disappointed, and we are always met with top tier service. Repeat customers for life! Get the shawarma fries, grape leaves, Mediterranean sandwiches! You can’t go...

There is a smell of cleaning solution as you come in. The floors are sticky. Although it was empty and we were early in the evening after being asked where we wanted to sit they said the low top tables are reserved for larger groups. They remained empty through our visit. We got Shawarma fries for food. They were delicious and a large portion. They have a happy hour special for food, drink and hookah. Normal hookah price is $33 which is very expensive. Happy hour $20 with an orange bowl on top. The hookah smoked nicely, but the hose was kind of a cheap plastic and came shrink wrapped on the end and was difficult to open. There is kind of a club music vibe here and as people came in the music got louder.

Meh. The hummus was kind of sour they did give us a lot of pita bread but we didn't even eat all the hummus. The crazy pita was good it had garlic and butter and cheese and stuff. The gyro meat was so so I didn't finish my sandwich. The waiter although very nice got both of our orders wrong. we waited about 15 minutes for tea which didn't seem that bad if it was fresh tea but it was literally just bagged tea and it came after we finished all of our meal, despite ordering it before we order the meal. it is a hookah bar with the pictures and reviews are good enough we figured we try it for food but we probably would not go back for food. However we did not try the hookah that might be better.

The food here is great! The portions are big and the drinks are delicious, they have a full bar. Our server, Savanna(h), was super sweet and attentive . The vibe is cool and they have some TVs to watch sporting events/entertainment. The music could be a little better,it was a mix of genres, however, it wasn’t many hits to vibe to. We came on a Sunday so I’m not sure if that makes a difference. I enjoyed the hookah & this is the only place I know of in Vegas that offers fruit heads for hookah. I will be back (again) to try their happy hour & to see the upcoming new menu items !
