Stay away from here it’s 2 teenage girls with bad attitudes came In and there was a sign that said be back at 11:40 was there at 11:43 2 girls came off the elevator behind me and I hear oh shit thinking nothing of one girl goes behind the counter and proceeds to put her jacket on and then points to her paper sign and says we’ll be back at that time after simply stating it’s past the time on the paper the other girl standing next to me yells to her damn what u only put 10 mins I need to smoke the girl behind the counter with no uniform then says I’ll hurry up and take your order I then place my 2 orders and one drink that’s coconut was actually made a mocha I then pointed out the wrong drink was made next thing I know the girl with the backpack standing next to me then goes behind the counter and yells at me what did u want to order then “ I then stated I explained to the other girl what drink it was that made the other girl mad and she looked at the girl and they started laughing that’s when I said can a manager or someone else help me out then the girl with the backpack on no uniform then says my dad is the manger so u can deal with me I the. Asked for a refund for the mistake drink as I’m standing there the girl goes we waiting on you I said for what she said u want a refund don’t you slide your card I said u never asked me to no need to be rude she then lets me know they are privately owned and she can refuse me service and then calls security on me these kids don’t need to be working especially if they get mad when they have customers no respect no training on customer service they’re just there hanging out as I’m leaving who do I see the same 2 girls smoking in the parking garage while the store is still unattended I asked for their names and was told don’t worry about it after looking at previous reviews they clearly don’t care about this location

Spoke with manager Mark this morning no better thank his disrespect teens he also let me know they’re not apart of the casino and privately owned so my complaint falls on deaf ears He’s letting his daughter and friend run the place...

Great location Terrible customer service I didn't like the coffee I ordered but the lady working would not give me a refund nor would she let me exchange it for something else! It was bitter and just tasted awful! I did call the main office but got on hold and waited 45 min before I finally had to get back to my life! That was $15 just wasted!
