I'm a former employee at this location and I just wanted to say that I enjoyed working for Mike (General Manager) and his staff. I was the Night Shift Manager/Cook here and my crew and I always greeted our customers when they would enter the store and vice versa... One thing I disliked were the customers who looked down on us as if we were going to mess their orders up regardless. No disrespect towards those customers but we're human beings just like you. Come on in with a positive attitude and I guarantee you, your food and the way the you look at this store would completely change. Every employee here gives it their all and would feel greatly appreciated if the customers would notice their hard efforts too. We have a 10 min. grace period for each order to come out and some customers think that we have everything already prepared like some fast food chains but remember, everything here at Fatburger is FRESHLY made. Try a meal here, talk and get to know the employees as well and you just might become a regular customer.
Warning If you come into the Drive -Thru or walk into the store with a negative attitude it's gonna reflect into your meal not because the employees but for the simple fact you can never eat a good meal while mad...so I like said, be positive when you're about...
Read moreI came to this spot to get a burger. I was not in a rush so I came inside. An employee by the door greeted me and said good morning with a smile. I ordered my burger to go and something was wrong with the credit card machine. The very nice and polite cashier Tammy said if I had cash. Unfortunately, I didnt have enough cash for the burger. I gave her another card and machine was not working. I was more than willing to go to an atm as I know most people these days would just get mad and take it out on the employees. She said it was ok, sorry for the Inconvenience. I told her I wouldnt mind going and coming back. I appreciate that great customer service. Fast service too. Before I left I asked the other employee who greeted me what her name was. She said Sandra. Sorry if I heard it wrong. They both looked at eachother wondering why I wanted her name but I said “Thanks for telling me great morning and thank you both for today, have a great day” they both smiled. Read moreWhen I go there every so often i always order the same thing, 2 turkey burgers. It usually takes about a half hour to get my food and it’s always barely on the warm side. How is this possible if it’s cooked fresh to order, it should be steaming hot, right? Just the other night I was in the drive-thru and as the cashier-dude was handing me my bag of food a customer inside was complaining to another employee that his burger was completely cold- the meat, the cheese, everything he said. Sure enough, when I got back to my workplace, what do you know, mine was cold too! I didn’t bother going back, I just choked down the turkey meat and tossed the bread and the rest of it. And by the way, whilst I was sitting & waiting in my truck for forever, I was watching the cook that’s always there who looks to be in his late 30’s riding around in his uniform shirt & hat in the parking lot on his motorized scooter... bizarre.
