Fatburger & Buffalo's Express — Restaurant in Nevada

We were in Laughlin for three days and visited Fatburger in the Riverside twice. The first visit on Fri 9\30\22 was great I had a Fatburger, she had a chick sandwich. Both sandwiches and the fries were great, employees were all friendly and efficient. Went in on Sunday around 11 am, alone and was shocked by the horrible experience. They weren't busy at all, more couple had their foods already, I was the only guest in line. I ordered a chicken sandwich with dies and a drink. Twenty minutes later, I had not received my order, the cashier was running around seemingly doing everything as four employees stood around making jokes. When I finally got up and approached the counter, the cashier brought my order to me as the four employees snickered. I returned to my table and opened my sandwich. He bun was cold and stale, the chicken was old, cold and dry as if the sandwich had been sitting around for hours. I went back to the counter and asked for a manager, the cashier immediately said he would refund my money. I don't know if the cashier was actually the manager but if so, he had absolutely no control over the crew. All four employees would be terminated if they worked for me. The cashier/manager needs to find a more suitable...

I've eaten here once before, a couple years ago. It did take some time for my friend & I to get our burgers. They were tasty! There is a small area where you can sit & enjoy your food at.

My friend & I stayed @ Riverside this past Monday night & we were hungry. I wasn't in the mood for a burger but my friend was. He came here & I went to another place to get food. He was going to meet me over where I was when he was done. Website states they close @ 11pm & my friend said it looked closed when he went over around 10:30pm & he had asked if they were still open & was told yes. He had to wait a bit too for his double burger & fries. The employee had told him that sometimes they do close early or stay open late depending on how busy they were or not. Now in my opinion this is wrong to close early if they're slow esp if someone is craving Fat Burger & heads here before 11pm just to find out that they closed early. Business should obey their posted hours.

The cashiers (yes 2) were rude to my husband. We tried to order 2 1000 Island burger meals, one 1000 island burger (just the burger) and an original (just the burger with 2 oreo milk shakes. The cashier only got the 2 meals at first, then realized we wanted more but only added the original, forgot the milk shakes completely, kept stepping back to talk to the cook while we were attempting to order and was just lost for some reason. We tried to have her read back the order but she couldn't seem to get it right. I asked her multiple times if she had 2 1000 island burger meals, 1 original (just the burger) and 1 1000 island burger just the burger, 2 oreo shakes and she kept saying yes I have it all. We got the food and it was wrong...my husband had to go back up, wait in line, and ordered an xl burger with no lettuce and no tomato (seems pretty simple right) nope, it had both lettuce and tomato. The second time it was a different girl at the register. Just a bunch of untrained kids how don't care about...
