We just went to the Brooks & Dunn Concert, & the only plus was that they had shuttles that took you to & from the casino. It was so hot (100 degrees) & so I suggest for a health & safety measure for the Laughlin Event center is to allow water to be brought (similar to ballpark & other concert venues we have been to that allow you to bring in sealed water) in as we had waited in the long lines for over an hour & missed the opening act & then decided to get out of the line to go to our seats since I was feeling a lil dehydrated waiting in the long lines for so long & this was after we had to travel a ways to get to Laughlin. They should eventually change up the lines for just water, or just beer or just mixed drinks (each separately to speed up the process)..as they are the same line for everything & the people making the mixed drinks took forever & not a good way to enjoy the concert or event by missing everything & getting dehydrated in the process. My husband finally went back after Brooks & Dunn got on stage to go back to get us 1 beer & 1 water & everything cost so much & very overpriced...Not a good way just to even get any water if you have medical conditions & there should be a change to allow water to be brought in until they can better manage or run the...
Read moreI'll try to make this review as helpful as possible for people attending this venue for the first time. First off this is the outdoor amphitheater across the street from the casinos behind the outlet center, not the big tent in front of Edgewater. My recent visit was my first time at this venue to see Kiss and it was a great show and a good place to see a show. So here's some things you should know, if you're buying the less expensive seats in the back, they are metal bleacher seats with no backrest and they get very cold and uncomfortable on your bottom real quick. If you want normal seats/chairs then be prepared to pay quite a bit more (probably worth it) I will next time. Drink prices are expensive as you would expect nowadays. Seemed like they had decent food but I didn't try it for myself. There are wheelchair accessible areas if needed. Most of the casinos offer a free shuttle ride to and from the concert location. Its always better to get to these places early because of traffic and long lines to get through security check, drink line, bathroom lines etc. Overall I enjoyed the place, good sound and cool scenery seeing the casinos behind the stage, just not happy about the painful cold metal bench seats and...
