Finding this place was a Godsend for us....recent first time parents with a newborn in the house we were so unsure how to make ANY meals work. Now we have this being delivered weekly and have no worries. Eating healthy and getting in my nutrients was essential right now and this made it easy and convenient. I've done other online meal prep services such as freshly and there Is no comparison. Foodie fit doesn't have the same weird taste, frozen meal feel to them as its box shipped competitors. I am flabbergasted at how a reheat in the microwave for these meals still give them a fresh home-cooked taste (or fresh takeout for some of the dishes I could never make myself). These are amazing and I am especially surprised at the salmon. How does it maintain the great taste and texture after the microwave reheat??? Beyond me. You made me a fan of salmon now. Love the custom options too. The filet is divine. You have new weekly customers in us for the foreseeable future. I can literally grab, heat and eat in less than 10 mins which is imperative right now. Not only is this helping in my postpartum journey but it's also ensuring I stay on track to get back to life as a recreational athlete and even back to a competitive athlete as previously planned. They forgot 2 of our 26 meals in last order but a quick call and some future credits on my account quickly rectified that. Great company, customer service n food. Would highly recommend to anyone especially new parents, athletes, or busy working professionals or all 3 combined like me. Please make an online loyalty program n id be even more satisfied!! Thank you so much!!
Update 2024- haven't had a chance to update this was either late 2023 or early 2024, but I haven't gotten this place since I got severe food poisoning. I was regularly ordering it as my exclusive food source but then got horribly horribly ill one night. I called and talked to a manager and explained that I had ONLY eaten their meals in the last 24 plus hours so it had to have been the source. She said "well we haven't had any reports of that today"...I immediately thought, I AM reporting it right now?! We both agreed it was likely improperly and undercooked chicken. She refunded my full order amount. She was apologetic but was a little too nonchalant in the circumstance. As if she was not shocked about the occurrence. It shouldn't happen. All chicken, even if cooked in large batches...should be thoroughly checked for properly temperature. I was buying these for myself but would often give my baby the sweet potatoes and would've continued to give her the meals as she grew so I'm thankful I guess thst it happened only to me and not to her because that can kill a young child. obviously this scared me out of ordering from here ever again. Shame they aren't more careful and professional when it comes to food preparation and ensuring this type of thing does not occur because this could have been a continued great option for...
Read more1 year transformation eating foodie fit meals for about 75% of my diet. Can I meal prep myself? Yes. Will it taste as good as FF? Nah. Will I get bored of what I’m eating? Yes. Will I throw a few of my home cooked meals away? Yes. Will I forget to wash the Tupperware? Or leave it in my car? Yes. For the time you spend cooking your own meals, are you really saving money? If I go McDs for example 2 times in one day I’m spending $30 ish on 2 meals that are terrible for my body. Get yourself foodie fit and give your body the nutrients it needs to grow and feel good. For me it’s hard to cook and consume enough protein per day, foodie fit makes it easy and convenient.. I can get the bulk fajitas and a pack of quest protein chips and that’s 70g of protein in one meal and if you eat that, it does not taste like you’re eating healthy lol it’s absolutely delicious. Personal favorites are the shepherds pie (bring it back lol) the fajitas, chocolate banana muffins and chicken fried rice. The staff are always cool, welcoming and friendly. Can not recommend this...

I’ve been a few times and I think the labeling is a little misleading. Calling a 500–600 calorie portion “Bulk” just doesn’t make sense—that’s an extremely low calorie meal. That might work for someone aggressively cutting weight or a smaller person, but not for most people. (For context, I’m 6’2”, 170 lbs, tall but not huge, and it’s nowhere near a filling meal for me.)
The normal meals also seem oddly low in carbs unless you’re specifically doing keto or low-carb. Carbs are the body’s main energy source, and it would be easy and inexpensive for them to double the rice/potato/pasta portion to bring the calories to a more reasonable level.
For now, I might stop in occasionally or if I’m intentionally trying to cut calories, but as an everyday option, it doesn’t feel like good value. At ~$12 a meal, you’re getting about half the food you’d get at somewhere like Chipotle for just $1-2 more.
I don’t want to hurt their reviews for something that is an easy fix but they seriously should...
