They are feeding people moldy vegetables, green meat. Jen does not wash her hands. She uses dirty rags to clean off of the food area. Wiping knifes off with dirty rags that fell on the floor does manager Shivani knows everything and refuses to do anything to Jen because they are friends. Shivani says that she refuses to eat here. When Jen is working because Jen does not wash her hands. She is unsanitary, she refuses to wear gloves. She will go to the bathroom and not wash her hands before. She touches people's food again. They do not do their dishes. They rinse it off with water and do not use soap and water or anything to clean the dishes. This place is disgusting. They have underage people using the slicers. To slice the meat and cheese that are not old enough to use them when they clean the machine. They use a dirty rag with the machine turned on. Wiping it off with a dirty rag. They do not sanitize anything in this location. The people are disgusting. The food is disgusting beware of your own health and your life. Because the bacteria is growing like crazy and they do not care. Lord forbid if somebody dies because of this place, be in so unsafe and disgusting. They treat their new employees like garbage, saying that they're drug addicts in doing drugs at work. Irk, because they quit this location. This place I would never, ever step foot in again. They are so rude. Jen cut her finger in front of us with the knife. Had blood all over did not wash a knife did not do. Anything had blood all over the place and still try to give me the food with blood on it. And the manager knows and she does not care. She thinks it is funny. Because she's said she gives up until ingent. Wear gloves or to clean stuff that she don't care. This place is beyond disgusting beware of your health. Beware of going into this place should be closed down. It should be fine by osha and the health department. I have no clue how they pass the health department. First off let me just say that Ethan is a BOSS! He was in this place BY HIMSELF fully handling a busy lunch/dinner rush and having a supply delivery going on at the same time! Forget the fact that the lobby was full of customers and there was a delivery going on behind him Ethan kept his composure and maintained a friendly and positive demeanor while keeping his work space clean and organized! This guy needs a raise and some type of recognition for his hard work and positive attitude. I’ve worked my way out of the food service industry and have done everything from cleaning toilets to managing multiple locations for big name restaurants, in all my years I can honestly say that it is not often you see someone who is able to keep their cool in a situation like this. Seriously whoever is managing/owns this place needs to show some respect to their hard working staff! The fact that he was alone on a delivery day is a whole other problem that the management needs to address, seriously if I was still in the industry I would of offered him a job at one of my locations and paid him more than whatever he is making here. This guy is busting his butt and I just hope that the owner/management team take good care of him because with his work ethic and positive attitude I wouldn’t be surprised to see him move on to bigger and better things in no time! Port of subs 5715 s eastern ave & Russell. This is what there feeding period whom eat there. In the back get put n leave food at unsafe Temps, nothing covered, rotten moldy bad food. The lettus is in brown slimmy water, they only use a little water to clean there dishes no soap. Dirty rags. Jen uses dirty rags she dropped on the floor to wipe off knives, meat slicer, counters ect. The owner/mgr shavonnie knows& she does not care. She's making Jen a mgr. As the 2 are friends.
