Been ready for my order since 4:55, 5:00pm ready time, you can check in 5 minutes early. At 5:11 I called 3 times for the length of 3minutes and 30 seconds before their phone forced a busy signal and drop. Had a curbside pickup due to back problems. Still have yet to receive my food, they have now had a mass of people go in but when I was originally ready and parked, no one and I watched them actually make my order after their system said it was prepped and ready. So now I am seeing how long it takes and how cold the sandwiches will be for them not following basic instructions and ignoring their phones. Will never recommend this location and honestly this is already chalking up to terrible service. I have also watched them prep people’s food with mask below nose, without changing gloves, hair not properly secured, all for this one visit. Violations and breaches in policy all over the place. A horrible horrible store, so not come here.
Edit: 5:33 now and went in with hell from a. Friend. The man at the register told me the manager’s number wa son the receipt, it was not, and then said I would have to wait another 20 minutes and it has been busy the whole time but I have been outside since before my order and it was in fact not busy the whole time. So they lie about their contacts, so not answer the phone, lie to customers who come in, ignore instruction, violate health code. Love it. Read moreBeware!! This is the worst Subway I have ever been in. There were two young kids working there and my stepdad and I were not even acknowledged when we walked in. The girl behind the counter was preparing a wrap for her co-worker because he was on break. My stepdad asked for the restroom key and the young guy working there said “Excuse me Sir”. He walked right in front of my stepdad and gave him the key as if he was annoyed. I was still standing there after 5 to 10 minutes of waiting to place our order and decided to wait for my stepdad in the car. My stepdad was furious after he came out of the restroom and saw me waiting in the car. My stepdad let them know we will NEVER be back to this location due to the rudeness and lack of professionalism. We left and went to the Subway on 3210 South Nellis. The ladies working there greeted us promptly and courteously. We also gave them a generous tip for their awesome hospitality and service!! Read moreThere was only one employee working and the store was very crowded. I placed my order online with pick up time for one hour later. Upon arrival worker claimed to not have received the order. I asked her to check the printer and my order was received only minutes after I placed it online as the receipt is time stamped. She kept stopping the preparation of the person ahead of me to chat with the homeless people that kept coming in asking for drinks,food, etc. When she finally finished with the customer in front of me she proceeded skip my order and help the customer who walked in After me . At that point I told worker, " just cancel my order". She said, " its not possible for online orders". I left irritated at her poor service and the snails pace which she works.
