Kopper Keg South — Restaurant in Nevada

I've never been to the bar side of this place but I have been to the restaurant side of it. They have a great priced breakfast special for six bucks. my only complaint is on certain days when certain staff members work they open at EXACTLY 7:00 or a couple of minutes past 7:00 am and the place is FREEZING. Normally restaurants open 30 minutes prior to the hours on the door so the staff can get settled in turn on the heater or AC, put the coffee pot on so that it's comfortable and ready for the customers. Customers shouldn't have to wait especially when the hours on the door and the hours for the breakfast special says 7am. There was one occasion where it was 710am and the doors were still locked. I'm just saying come in and open the restaurant a little before the listed store hours so you're ready...

So, my girlfriend and I came here today to get away from all the tourists on a Friday, and we ordered drinks. I ordered a screwdriver (vodka & OJ), and upon finishing my drink quickly, we noticed black pieces of glitter under the opaque ice at the internal bottom of the cup. I emptied my ice into another cup to discover that the bar had served me a drink with hundreds of built up cigarette ashes at the bottom of it. When we confronted the workers there, nobody would take responsibility of who was in charge. Nothing was offered to us. I made a scene and told everyone at the bar what they did, and the bar tender just threw away the glass as if nothing happened. But I took a picture of it before hand to report to the Health District. I couldn't get the taste of ash out of my mouth for a day and it...

Server said, "I don't know. I work in 5 different Kopper Keg locations. If you want, you can go there points to smoking area with a bar and check what we have." HAHAHAHAHAHAHA WHAT?!?!?! OKAY, FIRST OF ALL, Idc if you work in different locations because TONIGHT, you work here. And why can't YOU go to the bar area and check?
