My Lady and I discovered Greens & Proteins about a year ago. The food has been great as well as the juices and smoothies. Unfortunately our most recent experiences have not met our expectations. Last week my food was so terrible that I saved it until I got off work and gave it to my dog. Today my Lady and I ordered a couple of wraps and once again they were terrible. The food is not what drove me to give this place 1 star, it was after speaking to the manager that I decided this place will no longer get our business. I explained to the manager that my Cajun Angus Wrap was nothing more than ground beef with a few pieces of cabbage, not slaw. She then goes on to tell me that that's how the wraps are made and then proceeded to tell me the ingredients. Wait.. I tell you the quality that I'm use to receiving from your establishment, then I tell you the quality has not been met and you tell me that's how it should be? At that point I just cut her off and once again let her know that I have ordered this more than 20 times and I know what to expect. At this point she proceeded to tell me how she was going to rectify the issue but by then I had tuned her out and was in a rush to get off of the phone. I figured with the hundreds of dollars we've spent at this established we definitely deserved better. So our search begins for the next healthy spot...

So I normally just get the green ginger limeade which is pretty good by itself cost $7. Lately I have been adding plant protein $1.50 whichever is gluten free thankfully. I tried the impossible burger $16.99 yes just the burger with a gluten free bun which was $3.00 and cheddar cheese which was just ok. The sweet potatoes fries $1.50 were a little soggy so get em fried more if you want them crispy. Now they do charge extra for the bun which I get but wont I don’t understand is why are yall charging extra to use a card to pay a whole $1.30 credit card fee. Like you already are taxing people$2.51 for everything and then to use a card. Definitely changed my mind about giving you guys four stars. Customer service is ok the place is always clean. Definitely eat the food there because honestly taking it home for later with soggy fries is a NO. Paying an extra $4 huh never again. For real though will never understand why you people don’t disclose the credit card fees. Ppl pay attention to business like these passing the cost onto you I get sale tax but credit card fee please. Your a business pay for your own credit card fees. That only changed my perspective on this company. I have had better impossible burgers that were cheaper and the fries...
