McDonald's — Restaurant in Nevada

Took 26 minutes for a fries and a burger at 3:30 PM on a weekday with less than a handful of people inside and 2 cars in the drive through when I pulled up. Order was messed up twice. When they finally managed to put basic meat and cheese on a burger on their third attempt, the patties were literally half hanging off and folded over top of the bun. I eat McDonald's every single day (no, I am not overweight), and I am being completely sincere when I say this location is hands down one of the worst ran McDonald's that I have ever been to. Straight up, the team needs an entire rehaul. I'll be taking the extended drive the location at Eastern and St. Rose going forward, there is no chance I'm giving these guys another opportunity - they mess up more than they get it right, and the wait is always unreasonable for how busy it is at the time. I can see the staff in the back just standing around chatting, it's not like they are being stretched thin. A shame, really, because I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, but this time put me over the edge - I've never seen such difficulty with literally meat, cheese, and a bun. 26 minutes. I have to say thank you to Miguel!!! He was amazing, has great customer service.. so here’s the thing I had gone to this McDonalds during lunch and they were super busy drive thru was full and inside was packed and so was curbside pick up. I had ordered online said it would be ready in couple minutes but it ended up being longer than expected again they were super busy so I tried canceling the order as I had to head back to work I was unable to so I called and was told they could refund me my money or give the food but I would have to wait or I could come back later in the afternoon. So opted for that option I came back after work, Miguel greeted me with the kindest smile and most friendly attitude I have ever seen in a McDonald’s sooo props to him!! He helped me out listened to the whole story of what happened during lunch time. He went to his manager and they both assisted me and I got my food 😊 once again thank you Miguel for your kindness and that smile that cheered my day 😊 after a long stressful day in the medical field he made my day and so did the manager super sweet 😊. Where is the supervisor at this location? A bunch of teenagers work here, which is expected because it is a McDonald's. My family came through the drive thru and ordered a few meals and chicken nuggets, we waited 15+ minutes in the drive thru and when we got home we realized they forgot our nuggets. Went back to to the location and all of the employees were in the back singing and dancing very loudly and taking their sweet time coming to the register. They were so busy socializing with coworkers cracking jokes and fooling around they were hardly functional. When the girl finally came to the front sort of joked that it sounded like they were having a good time and she said yeah as long as we're getting work done. But they are barely getting any work done is the thing and it seems there was no supervisor just a bunch of teens horsing off like they were at a friend's house. McDonald's is too expensive for poor service. I'm all for teens having jobs but someone needs to run the store and make sure they are actually working and serving paying customers.
