Bowlology — Restaurant in Paradise

I was situation that happened at the Maryland Parkway bowlology store by UNLV. Me and my friend walked into the store to order at around 4:20 p.m dec 4. we stood there waiting for a minute to two minutes no response at all from any employee. One employee was sitting down on this phone hanging out with two girls, he had a company shirt on. Another employee but he had no company shirt on I don't know if he was an employee or a friend was in the back where they make smoothies he was on FaceTime or on speaker phone talking very loud. Eventually the guy where they make the smoothies with no company shirt on called a girl from the back and she came and took my order. me and my friend order and then we sat down. about a minute to 2 minutes after we order, a girl walks in and a guy that was sitting down on his phone gets up and just go straight to take her order. this is horrible customer service! Even when we first walked in the guy sending down started to get up a little and then sat back down when he saw there was two guys walking in which is horrible customer service!!! if you don't believe me you can check the cameras and you will see what I'm talking about. I was vacationing in Vegas and was craving a healthier lunch so me and my gf decided to try this place out, we went on a Sunday which on google the hours showed it was open, and when we arrived it was closed. I looked at the store front and the hours on the door also showed open, they lost about 10 customers in a matter of minutes as I saw multiple attempt to go in. That is bad business and a waist of people’s time, the boba spot a few feet away got my business that day. Now the reason I didn’t give a one star is because I decided to go back during the week, I called ahead to make sure they were open. Needed some rehydration and nutrition after a rough night in Sin city. I know what you are thinking. Rookie out of towner couldn't hold his liquor. Not true. I was sick from Bacchanal buffet and found this spot to est something good and healthy.

Super fresh and delicious Acai bowls. I really like the concept of this business. The store was super clean and almost had the deep of a doctor's office, which is exactly how a restaurant of any kind really should be

Prices are a bit high, but fresh ingredients and legitimate produce costs money honey. If they wanna hook me up with a franchise, I'll open up shop out here in The Bay and kill it. Nobody in the country does healthy hipster better than we do, but ya'll are doing great things...
